I ordered 4 items from this company. Returned three items. Got an RMA number and returned the items. Received delivery confirmation the items were returned. Sent the company 3 follow-up notices. No response. Process has occurred since June 2011. Service is very poor. No phone number. Stay away!
I bought a showerhead which didn't work out for me, for $65. I got an RMA number from the company to return it, sent it back in perfect condition, and have never gotten my refund (guaranteed by their site) nor will they answer any emails. They have no phone number or other way to contact them; their snail mail is a PO Box. They're rip-off artists!
