When scrolling for items I bid on, I must of accidentally bid on a item I didn't want. I wasn't asked to confirm the bid. Ended up paying for unwanted item.

Using the live bid process was easy 7ae & follow along with. Really couldn't suggest any enhancements on Hibid side of operations. Would prefer sellers side be required to put in a minimum criteria description of products sold. A model # and picture solely does not garner confidence on bidding. Less said equals less value in my opinion.
