Keeps glitching and losing contact. It keeps giving me a connection error and resets to the first item available in the live action even if I'm on the last item. Pictures are terrible and many times will not respond to advance or enlarge. Many times I will try to select an item and it will bring up the next item, not the one I clicked on.
Picture quality is terrible, like going back to.3mp cameras used in 2007. The app doesn't save your preferences, I have to reset it to 100 items per page every time. And it glitches constantly. I look ahead to see what is coming up and if I click on an item and return it takes me all the way back to the beginning rather than where I was at in the catalog. This is especially annoying when it might take me back 400 or 500 items. It is really annoying when you click on an item and it glitches you to the next item so you don't even get to see the item you were interested in then sends you back. There is no way to rate the auctioneers, good or bad. Outbid notifications are hit or mis, and it will not always show that you have been outbid even while watching the item.
Easy to use and always fun. Enjoy these auctions. I like going to the facility and looking around too
Bible's always have good auctions with alot of different items to bid on. The people that runs the auctions are usually pretty friendly!

I bid on several lots and I am still unsure if I won them or not. Items say may have won. What is the reasoning behind this? Other sites are very clear as soon as the auction is over stating that you have won this item.

I have enjoyed bidding online for auction items that interest me. It is very simple to do and I love that I can put in my highest amount I am willing to pay and just walk away and HiBid notifies me via email if I have been outbid or if I won. I don't always have time to sit and watch an item in order to bid on it. This makes it so easy.

It's been a little while that I have used hibid because I had just moved and was getting settled.
I won some items and didn't really understand that you were now charging $2 extra per lot won
With that price increase it literally just cost me the same as if I were to go on Amazon or the hardware store and purchased the item brand new with a guarantee
Totally not worth it
I will definitely have to really consider bidding on your platform due to the extra cost

Excessive extra charges beyond what was shown on the site. I won 5 bids totaling $231.00 and I was charged $290.40.that is $58.60 more than expected. Very disappointed

I wish you could move from item to item without having to go "back" to the main catalog. Also, when bidding closes for a item, you have to click on the status to see if you won or not. You don't even see what the winning bid amount was. It's difficult to see what items you won and how much you got them for.

Hi, I plan to pick up my winnings today but information on prof of winnings is not clear. Do I just show up and say i won this and that. What is your expecting sort of prof? I was using iPhone and bidding opened another window. This other window was not an active bidding window resulting in bidding refresh rates and bids were difficult to post.

I do not trust the seller. Have contacted and asked for instructions and the seller is giving written instructions with typed wire information scratched out. I am not sending funds when that is the case. Please rectify this.

Answer: Licensed auctioneer here- auction law is that if you give notice that you need to retract your bid before the hammer falls (or the auction ends online) that the auctioneer is required to retract the bid. Actual law also dictates that bidding must start over at opening bid, not the next highest bid.
