I recently purchased 2 bras. The first bra (Elomi EL 4380) I received included a card that said I was a D8. The back ordered bra received a week or so later (Fit Fully You) said I was a D5. Due to this inconsistency, I have no confidence in the UCS. Although I returned the first bra due to improper fit immediately, I was still charged a restocking fee. Because I am hard to fit, it would be nice to have better help available by phone or chat (not a bot) to assist so I don't spend hours surfacing through information I'm not interested in. I did not find your phone customer service personnel very helpful or accommodating.

On my order I didn't list the size correctly. After releasing the order I realized that the wrong size was listed. I immediately sent a message to change it, both to the website and in response to the order confirmation email. They responded that they could not change the size. I had just placed the order, so it had not shipped, in fact they only had two in stock, so the remaining pcs have still not shipped eleven days later. They refused to change the size on either shipment, even another I sent another message about changing size on the second order. I under that it was my mistake for not noticing the size listed, but it would be an easy change on their end. Very poor customer service.
