Customer service fail

The customer service person (Windy B) was curt to the point of rudeness. When I indicated that I had had a bad experience with a customer service chat that was closed mid-conversation before the issue was resolved Windy did not apologize or even acknowledge that complaint. Throughout the chat I had to continually solicit information rather than a normal, helpful customer service exchange where the person is trained to volunteer information. It felt like I was attempting to get information out of a pouty, recalcitrant child. Absolutely bizarre and very frustrating.

Your order has 2 very different billing and shipping addresses. We were calling for verification. The system timed out as we were waiting for you to come back with the information needing to ship your order. Your order is now released and has shipped the same day. I never received my order and upon inquiry was told it was delivered to a different town. I checked and there is no such address in that town. They refused to return my money. I will spread the word not to do business with them.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE

I DON'T GET HOW THIS COMPANY HAS WON AWARDS FOR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AWFUL! I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER, CALLED HER ROOM FOR HELP AND THEY DISMISSED ME. I HAD TO FILE A POLICE REPORT ABOUT THIS AND I'M TRYING TO FOLLOW UP WITH THEM AS SUGGESTED BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND MY EMAILS ARE NIOT BEING RESPONDED. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

I tried this website ONLY because of the great customer service it was showing it had. I don't know WHERE they are getting such high ratings from because their customer service is disastrous, unhelpful and careless. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They seriously don't deserve any. My order was misdelivered and customer service refused to help me locate my order, or issue a refund or a replacement. They simply washed their hands with my issue and were completely indifferent about my situation. The 3 times I have called, my experience has been the same. All 3 times I have requested to speak to a supervisor and I'm always told that I will receive a call back within 24hrs and no one ever calls me. When you ask them to transfer you to one, they always say that no supervisor is available at the moment. Advise, don't spend your money at this retailer, shop elsewhere where you are actually valued and respected.

AND TO RESPOND TO WHOEVER SAID I SHIPPED MY ORDER TOI AN ADDRESS THAT HAS A MAIL ROOM, THAT IS COMPLETELY INNACURATE. THIS GOES TO SHOW HOW LOUSY OF A JOB YOU ALL DID! BECAUSE I HAD THIS ORDER SENT TO MY OFFICE AND I'M THE ONLY ONE IN MY OFFICE, THERE IS NO MAIL ROOM HERE!

During our check out process you were informed 3 times that the items you are ordering were pre-ordered items and would be shipping out 3 weeks later. You even checked a box during your check out that you accepted this. We kept you informed via email twice of the status until they were shipped. We are sorry you do not like the delay.

Delay in getting items of at least 30 days. When I received the product, I discovered their sizing is way off... at least one size smaller than any other similar items and size currently in my wardrobe. I will not use the site again. The product seems like it would be good, but since I washed them I can't return them...

I bought 2 black pettipants and a short black slip. They all arrived fairly quickly, and fit well. Sizing was true to size. Prices were less expensive than zulily. I am very happy with my purchases!

Well it took forever... but that is the new normal. I got a bra that is slightly different than what I thought I was getting. 2 of the 4 items ended up being out of stock. I do however like the fact that when I emailed this company responded PROMPTLY. Would I order again. Likely yes.

Customer service would not even acknowledge that an order was placed. Paypal is saying they are waiting for Her Room to accept it. Not my error! I requested to get help with expediting ($5.00 extra charge) because I felt this was not my error and they declined and were not very customer friendly. My new order is now pending and I hope to get it soon. I have to say I have never had a bad experience with you and by all my stuff here. I hope this was an isolated incident and customer service becomes great again! Thank you for your time to listen. I have asked for a manager to call me back. We will see.
