The customer service person (Windy B) was curt to the point of rudeness. When I indicated that I had had a bad experience with a customer service chat that was closed mid-conversation before the issue was resolved Windy did not apologize or even acknowledge that complaint. Throughout the chat I had to continually solicit information rather than a normal, helpful customer service exchange where the person is trained to volunteer information. It felt like I was attempting to get information out of a pouty, recalcitrant child. Absolutely bizarre and very frustrating.
I never received my order and upon inquiry was told it was delivered to a different town. I checked and there is no such address in that town. They refused to return my money. I will spread the word not to do business with them.

I HAD TO FILE A POLICE REPORT ABOUT THIS AND I'M TRYING TO FOLLOW UP WITH THEM AS SUGGESTED BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT AND MY EMAILS ARE NIOT BEING RESPONDED. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I tried this website ONLY because of the great customer service it was showing it had. I don't know WHERE they are getting such high ratings from because their customer service is disastrous, unhelpful and careless. If I could give them 0 stars I would. They seriously don't deserve any. My order was misdelivered and customer service refused to help me locate my order, or issue a refund or a replacement. They simply washed their hands with my issue and were completely indifferent about my situation. The 3 times I have called, my experience has been the same. All 3 times I have requested to speak to a supervisor and I'm always told that I will receive a call back within 24hrs and no one ever calls me. When you ask them to transfer you to one, they always say that no supervisor is available at the moment. Advise, don't spend your money at this retailer, shop elsewhere where you are actually valued and respected.

Delay in getting items of at least 30 days. When I received the product, I discovered their sizing is way off... at least one size smaller than any other similar items and size currently in my wardrobe. I will not use the site again. The product seems like it would be good, but since I washed them I can't return them...

Given that we sell intimate apparel, it's important that our inventory remains pristine. We therefore do have a very thoughtful inspection process to insure returns meet this standard.
