Everything arrived on time and intact. I have not used all the items in my order. The Boswellia pieces are nice. The rose and jasmine flowers I recently used in a Florida water mix I am creating and they had a nice fragrance. The chaste berries were fresh. I have not used the dandelion and chicory roots yet.
