Going round in circles with this company. Would like to order from the UK but getting blanket standard emails with each question. No product help at all and before paying I have to enter an American State otherwise the system does not move on and I'm here in the UK.

I just wish a real person would respond to me. Time wasters!

Scam
March 18, 2017

I contacted them about returning an unopened package. They replied with the address where to return. Emailed them 2 weeks later about the refund, no reply. Called the 1-800 number, invalid. Later went back to their contact us page, and Avast! Antivirus declares it unsafe.

I have similar bad experience with this website. Charging has been immediately done during the purchase while shipment has been reported as delivered while it was not!

Stay Away

I have done business with this company for the past year. The first 2 orders I places were 100% accurate and shipped in a timely manner. The next order was shorted 1 bottle and I never received replacement. Place another order on 3/16 - $206 charge was process the next day and I can't get order update. No response to email inquiry, phone calls to local El Monte number recording answers, cant leave a message and the 1 888 number is another shady cover. Something about a FREE $100 Walmart gift card. Disputing charges with credit card company!

HerbalLoveShop is a complete scam. I ordered from them and realized after I was charged I still didn't receive a shipping conformation after like 4 days. So I sent two emails and didn't receive a response for either one. I then decided to call the number provided and its some guy trying to get my address and info claiming I won a $100 gift card, I declined then he gave me an illegitimate number to call about my order. I wish I had seen these reviews before my purchase... STAY AWAY!

Same issue as others. Ordered a product, they took my money and sent invoice that it would arrive in two to four weeks. Well it's been nearl y six weeks and no sign of it. Tried calling and their number doesn't work. Left emails and no response. Save your money and time and shop elsewhere

I ordered from the site 3 times before and all orders were timely delivered and even the medics were effective. However this time in February 2017 I placed my 4 th order with them. It was delivered after 6 weeks ( I selected 21 days shipment). I even paid for the import duty (1st time) and when I received the medics they were not the same which I had ordered from them before. They looked different and even tasted different. I spent $180 for medics that aren't working like they used to on my previous orders. Then I noticed at the bottom of herballoveshop.com the copyright of the site had expired in 2016 and they haven't renewed it this year. That's why they are not replying to any of the queries but are executing the orders. Someone is just sitting tight on his desk and is ripping people off.

Herballoveshop is a fraud. Please post as many complaints as possible on ALL sites including BBB (better business bureau).

None of the customer service mail addresses or phone numbers work. Its like an automated "front" on voice message. Probably ran by a single 18yr old nerd sitting in his bedroom.

Ordered US$166 worth of stuff with $27 premium shipping that was supposed to arrive in 7 days. Its now over 30 days and counting...

They dont just cheat on the products but also on the shipping!

Deeply regrettable. I had no choice but to reverse the charges on my credit card.

Someone or some organisation need to shut down their online operation for good...

Very Suspicious
June 22, 2016

The website told me it was not able to process my order due to an unknown error. This was weird because it did not allow me to correct any errors, it just kicked me out of the system and upon trying to login it said my login id was invalid. I checked my credit card account and the purchase appeared, so basically they took my money and told me they did not take it. My credit card account reflected the amount of purchase from a company called Dynamic Bridge Inc. I tried calling the toll free number and no one answered. I immediately called my credit card company and filed a dispute over the charge. I should have checked the reviews before I trusted them.

Made an order, never received it, asked for information, said they do not ship to my country, well if you do not ship to my country why do you tell me that only after you have charged my credit card?

Right now struggling to get my money back, at least exchanging them with products that do not undergo my country's custom house regulation, i am at my the fourh email right now grrr

I have ordered many things from this place over the past few years. I always get the product, but every time the shipping takes FOREVER. I have had to contact these people every order I place to get them to ship it. If I didn't contact them, I do not think the order would ever be shipped now. So there good for the product, there shipping and actually following through is non existant without some help..

Their customer service is laughable. I have ordered product twice.
First time paid for overnight shipping that didnt come til 10 days later.
Just ordered something on 7/31/14. Standard shipping. Was told 5 days. Received an email on Aug 12(said it was just shipped).
Called s/w Priscilla (she is non-challant) she replied " oh it was on backorder. No courtesy call or email to notify me.
If they ever get their act together, they would be ok.
If you are impatient... go somewhere else. It's gonna take awhile.

Scammers DO NOT USE!

Ordered stuff from this site paid and took them forever to communicate to tell me the parcel had been sent back, I personally don't believe it was sent out in the first place as this had never happened before. I asked for a full refund or at least resend the item back out and they said they wouldn't do either, so effectively I've given them money for free the customer service was poor as well as them breaking 2 federal laws in talking my money and not given me what I ordered, I am going to fight this so if any1 else has had a similar experience with these scammers please let me know. Robbers!

There is no customer service, when they charge your card the number listed on the statement goes to a guy named Steven with a full voice mail, you can not reach a live person to find out about the order, they are scammers and bad at it. Ordered Vata Massage oil. Was told that my card wouldn't be charged until the order was filled. It was charged by not filled. 2nd call I was told that the reason it would take up to 5 days to ship was that the oil came directly from Banyan Botanicals.At the end of 5 days still no notification of shipment so called and was told it was backordered. Cancelled order. Will wait for a credit now. Skip doing business with these folks.

I'm in Australia and I ordered a product to be sent to me. A month later they emailed me saying "refund confirmation", I never asked for a refund, I guess they ran out of stock? I never received my refund, they say they have put it into my account and I emailed a copy of my account showing the money coming out but not going back in. I'm still harassing them to try to get my money!

Lacking customer service / slow shipping - I placed an order for vitamins for the second time from Herbal Love Shop. I called the order in because I have ordered before from places that show an item is in stock even though they don't carry it any more. I also wanted to make sure it could be shipped quickly. After a week I sent them an e-mail asking what the deal was with the shipping. I paid priority. I got an e-mail later in the day that they would respond by the next day. They did and it was clear that the order was not shipped out until I notified them that I had not recieved it. They don't care much to keep customers. I would rather had them not ship the order and refund my money. I could order from anywhere and have better results. The down side of online ordering
