This was the third time Brian has come to my home to fix my home theater. This was the second time I requested him specifically based on outstanding prior service.

Brian has indepth knowledge of everything AV. I'm always amazed at his speed of going through setups, troubleshooting, knowledge of brand devices, and thoroughness to complete the job.

He never seems rushed, or in a hurry to call the job "complete".

I'm so happy to have found HelloTech.

This company is terrible I have had 3 different appointments and techs. 0 out of 3 showed. When you contact them they will give you the run around and ask you to keep giving them a new time slot, only to not show again. They are a joke in the chattanooga, tn area. And have the nerve to say they provide same day service

Our HelloTech Tech Bernard was FAST! He had everything he needed, listened allowed me to show him where our Logitech Circleview Doorbell Camera needed to be installed and existing doorbell transformer were located, and immediately started the installation. Finished hardware installation in ~ 15 minutes, He then assisted me in adding our new Logitech Circleview Doorbell Camera to Apple HomeKit on my iPad Pro and verified it was working properly including doorbell chime. AMAZING!

This company is a scam. To EVERYONE! They hide an auto renewing subscription fee on your credit card! Took me several months to figure it out. Not to mention the person I paid $179 never did complete the job-- had to hire a different contractor. STAY AWAY!

Morid did a great job, professional and knew how to install. He made good recommendations on placement of the items.

(1) While they say they don't charge until completion, they "pre-charge" your card (2) No easy way to contact them (3) their chat is 100% robot so don't expect an answer to any questions (4) appointment made with a tech for 6...he never arrived. He never called. He never texted...just ghosted. (5) After I found a phone number & spoke with a real person, I received a text telling me that the tech was no longer available & that I'd get a text with a future appointment date/time. Horrible experience. Not making this mistake again.

Went well. Technician was competent and pleasant. Price was reasonable. Would definitely use them again for other services if needed.

The first tech that was supposed to come out ended up pushing back my appointment, and then canceling on me at the last minute... after I had gotten everything ready for his arrival. Most irritating. But I decided to give HelloTech one more chance, and rescheduled... and I'm glad I did. Staie couldn't have been better. Good communication, knew what he was doing, unpacked the new 85" TV, helped me take down the old one and then put up the new one. Professional, friendly and efficient. Couldn't have asked for more.

He did a excellent job on the the hanging of our tv I'll recommend him to anybody he's friendly and very pleasant

I have had the WORSE experience with HELLO TECH - They are charging me $19.99 per month for a service I never authorized - I strongly suggest if you decide to use this company record your own call -- Their business practices are NOT honorable -- Use at your own risk - Best Buy - the Geeks are the way to go
I have also reported this to the Business Bureau and ironically there were other complaints about the same thing

Britten did an absolutely outstanding job measuring and adjusting and measuring more to get our TV exactly perfect. He was friendly, gracious, polite, and professional. I'm pretty picky and was very pleased with his fantastic work.

Emailed HelloTech to schedule an appointment for help setting up a new computer. After some back & forth, a time was agreed on & a technician was assigned. One minute later I received a cancellation notice with no explanation. Wasn't sure if that was for the initial time slot. After emailing them, turns out their system has a provision for cancellation that is easy for the customer to trigger by mistake. Doubt that since I only opened the email. The $25 fee will be counted as price of using this company despite bad reviews.

I purchased the tv mounting service. My case required a second visit by a tech. The first tech was friendly, but mounted my tv too high. I told him it seemed too high when he mounted the wall plate. The tv was not yet on the wall. Long story short he would not move it because he felt like the height was standard. I didn't argue with him....no point in that. Plus he took 3 hours for the job he did. I called customer service and after a review process, they sent another tech to my home. The review process was terrible. I got a lot of wrong information when I called. Phone tech support could use an upgrade. Eventually they did send a new person, Justin. He was great, fast, checked with me during install to ensure satisfaction. I dont think the first guy had the right tools. The 2nd guy was more than awesome. I then called customer service and asked if Justin could do another job since he was at my house and they agreed. I would use the company again. It all worked out.

Justin was very courteous and professional. Great personality and knowledge of services performed. Overall a great person and definitely would recommend Justin to anyone that's looking for work to be done.

Zynobia was the best technician we have ever had! She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and took her time with all of our questions. She is a HUGE asset to Hellotech, so I hope she gets a large Christmas bonus for all she did to help us and representing your company. She drove a long way to get to us, and she was delightful! I will recommend her to anyone I know wanting this service.

HELLOTECH = HELLOSCAM! BEWARE! The customer must cancel an appointment at least 3 hours ahead but it is OK for them to cancel <30 minutes before. As an independent contractor, I had to take a day off without pay for this. I now see they have charged my credit card already when they said they would not until job complete! They are also charging $4.99/ month for some "membership fee" that was not clearly communicated ahead of time. DO NOT USE HELLOTECH!

I called hellotech and reserved for a guy named Bryan to wall mount my TV
He was 3 hours late. Then he proceeded to drill into my new wall making holes and scratches everywhere.
He couldnt even mount the TV straight. Then he went on to mount the soundbar. The idiot didnt know what he was doing he used the wrong screw. To make things worse he drilled into the brand new soundbar so it would fit the screws he found in his truck. Made a total mess. He dropped an extension cord behind the wall, which is against electrical code. Then said he should come back another day after 6 hours on the job unable to mount a tv or soundbar. Called hellotech about their awful technician they said they will have to send someone out to assess the situation even after sending them photos of the destruction. They took another reservation they couldnt keep it. Said they needed another week to find someone. Totally awful service. I hired a guy I found on yelp. He has been fixing problems from HelloTech technicians regularly. Do yourself a favor. DO Not use HelloTech. Their technicians are just random people without license. HelloTechs technician application probably anyone can complete, and according to the guy I found on yelp that fixed the tv, holes and soundbar in 30 minitues they dont even pay their technicians on time. Everyone should know this service is totally lousy and awful.

It would be nice if I could give this company a zero! Who knows when / who will show up- they give you a ton of "back up dates" for this reason! Inexperienced various random people show up after weeks of waiting ….unsure if they even know who they are sending out to your home!

Issac was fantastic. Knowledgeable and communicated well. He was able to adjust his schedule to finish the job.
