This company is amazing. They have so many beautiful and refine products. The company puts in time to make some of the best products that I have ever seen. I don't know what is with all the hate on this company. Yeah they're not perfect and they're only a small company. But they blew me away. Also my delivery came way before it was meant to, and I live in AUSTRALIA. It came around 3 weeks earlier than I expected. I'm definitely going to use this company in the future, they are one of my favourite companies which sell products.

Nomad internet simply doesn't work! Mine came with a SIM card from Verizon and it wouldn't allow my devices to connect to the internet. A code stated I needed to call Verizon to activate my SIM card. However, Verizon refused to activate the SIM card for a non Verizon account. Nomad also lied about their 7 day free trial and makes it extremely difficult to stop your subscription. Avoid Nomad like the plague! They are a big scam and steal your money.

I purchase the Base Station Pro for my handicapped daughter because she cannot physically plug in a charger to her iPhone. I thought this was a great solution and went ahead and spent the $200 because I thought it would make her life easier. Well, after a short time it started not charging her phone so I attempted 3 times to contact them for help and was just ignored. Going to start posting reviews everywhere I can and warn people not to do business with these guys as I'm tired of companies that think they can get away with treating people like this! Dan M.

They claimed that they shipped my order place 4 days ago. However, USPS indicating that the package was never shipped. They have no phone customer service, and their respond time for email is over 24 hours. I will file a dispute with my bank if I don't hear from them for another day.

I've bought several products from them which arent cheap. The quality is usually good, but they let themselves down at the final hurdle.
I recently purchased an Apple Watch band as a Christmas present for my partner, which was shipped with a faulty tool which means we cant adjust the band by removing the links. I've sent several emails with pictures of the tool I received compared to a tool that looks different based on their website, and they couldn't understand what was wrong.
I also bought a Base Station as a gift last year that shipped without the Australian plug, which again meant it could not be used for weeks until the plug was delivered.
I'm not sure what's going on, but their customer service is terrible. At least last year, I was able to get the issue resolved. Now they have stopped responding to my emails.
I ordered 15 items, took me 3 weeks to get a label for 6 items. I told them it was wrong and should have been a label for 13 items, I only wanted to keep 2 items. They said ok and I returned the items. Now they refunded me only for 6 items and never answer my emails. Only email contact that takes forever to get a reply. They have terrible customer service!

The airpod case and a watch band
This company claims that it's, "Horween Leather" is some of the "finest leather on the market." After one week of use major scratches from taking in and out of my pocket. If you're going to charge a premium on a product it should hold up. It's not going to develop a, "Patina" over time, the scratches are just going to get worse.
Product is okay, they make it come off much more affluent than it really is but for 40 you cant really complain. Be careful about the edges because if it scuffs the leather will not "patina" it will actually start to peel off. They also don't do anything in terms of customer service. I made multiple request through email and IG, but recommended for contacts, however, both were ignored.
You're better of with a Pela case tbh, they're better for the environment, quality and the build is about the same.

Bought this product as Christmas gifts with promise of 2 day shipping. Then FedEx charges me hundreds of dollars of import / custom fees not disclosed at time of order. Absolutely no one to take the call at customer service. Emails not returned. Horrible company.
This case is so awesome on my phone! Been using one ever since the iPhone 8 Plus Don't hesitate in purchasing because it's WELL WORTH IT! And the smell is awesome!
Nomad is a cheap modem made in China with a Mifi chip from one of the three large cell phone companies. For me, it was worthless. I had to return the modem before they would drop my monthly service fee. Horrific.
Ordered a case for air pods and a leather Apple Watch band. Never received either item. No response from them any time I reached out. I wish I would have looked at their Facebook page before buying. The customer reviews would have sent me running and I would have ordered from a more reputable company. Don't waste your time or money on them.
Nomad Goods products are horrible. I purchased an Airpods Case at this website and at first, it was fine, the quality was amazing but then it broke. So what do you do when a case breaks? You buy a new one. I was trying to take off the case and nothing. I couldn't I searched videos after videos trying solutions. I cut myself 2 times try to take it off. I stumbled among the nomad video. Now I have to buy a lightning cable? Why didn't it say that when I choose to buy it? I ended up wasting $44 just to take off the case on my Airpods. P. S My AirPods are probably all scratched up now.

I recommend a silicone case for Airpods, not leather and hard ones to take off.
I ordered a case for my iPhone 12 pro max on November 6. I wrote them on November 27th and they apologized because they never shipped my case. They told me that my case was going to be shipped immediately and that they will reimburse my shipping fee. On December 8th I wrote them back and they replied that they messed up my shipment once again. I demanded a full refund. They are very irresponsible and their service obviously sucks!
I've been using Nomad products for years now. They use the best leather available (Horween). Their Base Station charger is great. They ship in a day or less and arrive quickly. Their customer support is also very responsive and generous. Highly recommend them.

First battery go out fast after spend 7k machine stop I called them they say get another warranty for another almost $1500 to see if workmake story I brought two 1500 years X-ray marching out of storage and connected take pa better than nomad I am just putting it in trash
I ordered a watch band for my Apple Watch on 10/05/22. Recieved the band and it appeared to be very high quality but was an inch to short. I returned the band and have emailed the company several times about my refund and received no response. I've tried calling them and get no answer. Have to assume they have stolen the $90.00 from me.

My bill is paid and the internet hasn't worked for days, can't get anyone in customer service to respond. Also got charged yet again for a different plan that was cancelled and waiting on a refund. When it works the internet is fine but when does it work...

I have contacted this company a few times throughout the last week because my product was faulty upon delivery. Still have not gotten any responses. I have emailed, filled out their warranty and exchange forms, contacted through Instagram and filed a complaint with the BBB and still haven't gotten a response. To put it plain and simple, this is a bad company.
Even if you already paid the shipping fee they will never pay the shipping company in my experience fed ex. And when you ask their support they will never reply. A total scam and what more their items are from china. You already know what that means. A culture full of greed and lies.

We had good internet for about 4 months We have a gamer and they offered unlimited. They sent an email about 6 weeks ago saying we need to buy a new router. We pay $599 for a router we ordered a month ago and still haven't received. While waiting for the router they send another email stating that we can get 5G with 300mps or unlimited for $99 month for a year but it would be slower. Now they say that is not an option. Everytime you all to speak with someone that will never give you number to call. These companies are price gouging rural areas by offering limited data and then making you pay for more at an outrageous amount. Do not waste your time or money. NOMAD is a scam
I purchased a strap for my Apple Watch from Nomads outlet site. I received it promptly; however the strap in the box what not what I ordered. I reached out to Nomad Customer Service and sent photos. I was told that sales on the outlet were final despite being sent the wrong item. After a few exchanges the best they offered was a credit and told me not to purchase from their Outlet site because Canadian customers cannot receive free returns. They should have sent me the correct item but refused. Do not purchase from Nomad. Clockworks Synergy has better straps and actually cares about their customers.
I bought a coat and returned it because of faulty poppers. I have heard nothing about repair and had no response to my emails. Have I lost the coat and my money?
