Products are shipped from Hongkong. Customs for shipping to Germany were 40,96 EUR on a bill size of 137,12 EUR. 30% extra costs/ import fees on already high priced products are not acceptable. Please be aware of this upcoming extra costs when you order Nomad goods.

I've been waiting weeks have still not received my purchase. Despite several emails and messages on facebook, all I've received is automated replies. I'm no out of pocket with NO product and NO one at Nomad seems to care. AVOID this company at all costs.

Ordered charging stand for apple watch in first week in April. Contacted them several times about delivery. Was told each time that item was in transit to me. In May Best buy started selling the product online and in stores. I asked them to cancel my order and I would get from Best Buy and they refused. Contacted Hellonomad again and was sent a tracking number that does not produce any tracking result from the shipping company that is alleged to deliver to me. I contacted them about this and was told thst product would be delivered on June 25. Still no product on June 30. Bank was happy to dispute and reverse the charge. BTW reviews of actual products describe it as a cheap thin piece of twisted metal that will scratch watch. Check out the Mophie stand for Apple watch it is awesome.

I have contacted this company a few times throughout the last week because my product was faulty upon delivery. Still have not gotten any responses. I have emailed, filled out their warranty and exchange forms, contacted through Instagram and filed a complaint with the BBB and still haven't gotten a response. To put it plain and simple, this is a bad company.

I ordered 15 items, took me 3 weeks to get a label for 6 items. I told them it was wrong and should have been a label for 13 items, I only wanted to keep 2 items. They said ok and I returned the items. Now they refunded me only for 6 items and never answer my emails. Only email contact that takes forever to get a reply. They have terrible customer service!

I've been using Nomad products for years now. They use the best leather available (Horween). Their Base Station charger is great. They ship in a day or less and arrive quickly. Their customer support is also very responsive and generous. Highly recommend them.

Had serious shipping issues not related to Nomad but had to deal with support to get resolved. Shipping packaging is flimsy for expensive products. It took forever but once I was able to actually get a hold of support they were great but it took a long time. There is no way to reach them by phone and it can take days to get a return email. Duty/tax not paid by shipper and costs a fortune. Products are a bit overpriced but good quality. I would hesitate to do business with them again.

Order something from them and decided to cancel after one minute, the is absoutly no way to contact the customer service or talk to anyone. Sent them an email and 8 hours later, they replied and said that order was already processed and cannot be cancel. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I open new office I thought make it better.
First battery go out fast after spend 7k machine stop I called them they say get another warranty for another almost $1500 to see if workmake story I brought two 1500 years X-ray marching out of storage and connected take pa better than nomad I am just putting it in trash

Product is okay, they make it come off much more affluent than it really is but for 40 you cant really complain. Be careful about the edges because if it scuffs the leather will not "patina" it will actually start to peel off. They also don't do anything in terms of customer service. I made multiple request through email and IG, but recommended for contacts, however, both were ignored.

You're better of with a Pela case tbh, they're better for the environment, quality and the build is about the same.

Very greedy company

I recently bought an iPhone case from this company. The case that I received was a defective one. When I asked for a replacement, they asked me to pay return shipping charge! This is my first time that asked me to pay return shipping charge for a defective product. Very GREEDY COMPANY!

BTW, the shipping is very slow. You might have to send them an e-mail to push it.

Horrible service
December 12, 2020

I ordered a case for my iPhone 12 pro max on November 6. I wrote them on November 27th and they apologized because they never shipped my case. They told me that my case was going to be shipped immediately and that they will reimburse my shipping fee. On December 8th I wrote them back and they replied that they messed up my shipment once again. I demanded a full refund. They are very irresponsible and their service obviously sucks!
