I ordered a case for my iPhone 12 pro max on November 6. I wrote them on November 27th and they apologized because they never shipped my case. They told me that my case was going to be shipped immediately and that they will reimburse my shipping fee. On December 8th I wrote them back and they replied that they messed up my shipment once again. I demanded a full refund. They are very irresponsible and their service obviously sucks!
