Helloice

I purchased a chain and pendant from this company. Both items were supposed to be 18 karat gold plated. The gold chain looked so techy as if I had purchased it from the dollar store. I was embarrassed to give this as a gift or wear it and the stones in the pendant were missing. I contacted customer service and it was told that I would have to pay for shipping to return they'd offer a small and insulting amount to refund. Couldn't speak to why their product was so cheaply made.

PLACED 2 ORDERS ON NOVEMBER 2022. HELLOICE TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AND WITHHELD MY ORDER STATING THEY NEED A PHOTO OF MY ID AND CREDIT CARD BECAUSE THEY WERE WORRIED ABOUT FRAUD. I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS AND WILL BE DELETING MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS.
