This place based in China get one star for bait and switch. Purchased a prom dress for my daughter, she tried it on and she was not able to lift her arms. She will be responsible for driving to and from Prom but the front neckline pushes up against her esophagus. The morning after receiving this dress' she visited the website to request a return shipping form. The site noted that she had 3-5 days to request a refund. This place told her to go get the dress taylored and she cannot get a refund. I spent over $100 for this suppose to be dress' and now they want me to spend more money to turn their material with a zipper into a dress... that's an insult. They are suppose to produce a dress that can be worn safely. I am NOT sending a picture of my daughter in that contraption. She sent them one with the first request. I will burn in hell before I send THEM a picture of MY DAUGHTER in anything. They just need to honor their return policy. I purchased her a real dress from Macy's the next day, something I should have don't from the beginning. I will tell this to everyone, every chance I get.

Very disappointed! When the dress arrived it looked NOTHING like the picture. The dress is very heavy and it is made of lace ALL over, even the sheer sleeves are made of lace. The length of the back of the dress is sweeping the floor! It did not even come with a belt. The dress is poorly made and is very ugly. I chose the color fuschia, which I thought would be beautiful but it is not. Sadly I gave it away to someone who didn't care and who in turn gave it away. I had to visit the store to purchase a dress for the upcoming wedding. I would not use this company again even if they gave me a free dress. I think they used someone else's pictures on their website to entice you and then feed you mess. Don't waste your money, go elsewhere!

I HATE IT, I had made an order around a week, 2 weeks ago and the shipment was good, the customer service was good but the dress itself did not come as expected I'm skinny so I did custom measurement the under breasts/stomach part came Extremely big the Leg slit was in the middle instead of the side and the top part which supports the breast would come off every time I lean forward. It also feels like a table cloth. And the Length of the dress was just really off and weird. And I just dont recomend this dress at all not worth the money

I ordered this dress for my senior prom. The picture and what I got in the mail was two totally different dresses. I emailed them with regards about the dress maybe they had made a mistake, but they emailed me back a few days later and said no this was the dress that I ordered. I explain to them that I was very unhappy and this dress was a joke compared to the picture I had seen on the Internet. Please save your money like I wish I had and not wasted on this dress that I bought for my senior prom, could not return it, and had to deal with this ugly looking dress. I made the best of what I could but to me I felt like I had been cheated, and taken advantage of. Please do yourself a favor and do not order I ordered this dress for my senior prom. Dress was horribly maid. When trying to return it I was told that it is common sense that the dress would be different. The material was cheap (barbie doll material), lining was incomplete, customer service was rude. If their were subtle differences I would have been fine... but the dress I received, My 2 year old could have made. I would not recommend paying even 2 dollars for this dress. I would have never written a review but customer service is everything and their customer service was beyond disappointing. I highly recommend paying with paypal... escalating my dispute to them was the ONLY way this situation got rectified.

First of all all do not buy do no buy do not buy
The dress looks great on picture but the material is wayyy to cheap. It's not true to size and I couldn't close the zipper even though I followed the chart. They needed me to send pictures of it which I did. But guess what these people refused to take the dress back saying that I gave them the wrong size can you imagine after spending 173$ on that dress.
They said I should take it to a tailor when they did not leave any room for it no extra material.
Anyways buy if you want but the deception is on the way.

I ordered a dress that was advertised on their website as a "black sequin gown" only to receive a dress that did not have one single sequin on it. It looks like it is made from black outdoor carpeting/Astro Turf. The fabric is horribly heavy and shedding. When I inquired about a return, I was told that they "could not see big problem". I've gone back and forth with them for three weeks with no effort on their part to resolve the issue. Apparently, false advertising and poor quality and bad customer service is not a big problem to them. It is to me and I'll NEVER buy from them again. I feel scammed... because I was.

I'm very sad, my prom is coming up soon and my dress came yesterday, the dress doesn't look like the sparkles in the photo and the top is wayyy too big even though it "matched" my measurements. I've spent all my prom dress money and I have no idea what I will do now. The train on the dress is not flared like it appears in the picture, it's straight down and square like. I will talk to someone today about getting a refund? So dissatisfied.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This dress came and looks NOTHING like the picture. What was shown to have a classy, shabby chic feel looks like a trashy pageant dress in real life. They will not accept a return. Buyer beware, these sellers are out to take your money and send you garbage.

If i could give zero stars for my experience with HEBEOS I would. This dress was of extremely poor quality, the color was significantly different than the one pictured online and the straps did not sit the way they appear in the photo. Of course prior to ordering I checked out the return policy to ensure if I was not satisfied it could be returned, which is exactly what their policy states. When I contacted them the day it arrived, I received the following two replies from their customer service.
