I was initially very unhappy bec my printer arrived without ink, had to go to a ups center 4 miles away to get it. But your team redeemed itself by being as helpful as possible once the problem was explained ( I had a customer waiting for finished product).

Shipping took way longer than I expected. I really need my vinyl quickly so I'm going to try purchasing again after the holidays to see if that played a part. If its still not fast I will probably use another company for delivery reasons. Other than that I was very happy with the products I received.

They also had some problems of their own but were able to help me pretty quick...
I ordered the heat press expecting it to arrive in a few weeks...it arrived at my door within one week. Easy to use. Pretty much pulled it out of the box, set it up, read the manual and started using it. This is so much better than an iron!
This product works very well the only thing that I will wish it would do is have the bottom plates slide out for safety reasons. It would make it easier to place your garment without burning yourself.
I would rather wait and receive all items at once as I pay 5.00 for each parcel delivery at the broker. This delivery cost an additional 10.00 as it came in 3 deliveries. Otherwise everything was good
I called to ask why I should order from Heat Press Nation and the associate could not give me any reasons. He also told me that he could not price match. I really hope this product holds up! Otherwise expect a return and a lot of negative feedback.
I finally got the heat press in the mail after getting the run around by customer service who gave a different reason for the delay each time that I called. Delivery took 9 days! I need a bunch of supplies, But I won't be ordering them from Heatpressnation. The press I ordered seems to be a good deal for the money but customer service and delivery time was unacceptable.
Love the website and the videos that are available to learn about your products! I was a little disappointed in the damage that the housing had, but I don't think it's nothing some superglue can't fix, so not a deal breaker in my book. The machine seems like it was built pretty darn tough and I can't wait to start doing some transfers later this week when they arrive!
Not happy that it took two day after order was placed before it shipped out of IL warehouse. Might as well come from CA warehouse because they delayed shipping two days. Would love to rate the product but, I can't because I don't have it.
The shipping on my order was very quick and the htv is the perfect size for my silhouette machine. I would recommend this company to everyone! Plus I even had a personalized note on my receipt. You just don't see things like that from companies.
Disappointed that product orders cannot be filled the same day, especially small orders, customer service said there is nothing they can do about it. Haven't used the product yet but it looks great and I am excited to use try it
Products came in fast, our order for Vinyl came in damaged but we called customer service and it was replaced and sent to us pretty quickly. Other than that little issue, we will continue to do business with heat press nation.
Site is easy to navigate, only thing I would change is have a separate page for tools and supplies. Delivery time seemed long for a smaller order, I've received much larger orders in a quicker amount of time from different suppliers
Good quality material and good customer service, delivery was okay takes a little too long for things to be delivered but is ok, will need to give some discounts to customers, like show some appreciation once in a while or so.
This is a new venture for me so it was important that I have all options laid out in front of me. Great selections and prices. And I have looked at pretty much every sight I could find. Once I figure things out I'm sure I'll be back.
Heatpressnation is my go to for sublimation products! You have the best prices around. I just wish the coffee mugs would ship faster. I needed more in a pinch and ordered but wasnt getting them in time...so i had to order from amazon and they were more money
Placing an order on Heatpressnation.com was pretty straight forward; click, confirm the order, pay and in a couple of weeks or so it arrived on my doorstep. Many of the "Big Box" companies need to take lessons from heatpressnation.com.
If you are a busy person - shopping online is easy - payment is easy - and [my order] arrived two days early.
Would I do it again - actually, I am getting an order ready for more supplies - so yes, I would and am doing it again.
I ordered early on a Friday and the products took over 6 days to arrive. The price was good, but for free shipping my business doesn't have the option to wait a whole week to receive products. I'm going back to my old supplier. Outside of the boxes being mangled the products were what was ordered, but this timing is a major drawback.
That's what I get for not trying them out prior to using them for a customer order.
Very poor communication on what ground shipping means and that all products ship from CA and not an east coast affiliate.

When sending an email asking if I received my order, please list the item(s) that I ordered. When placing multiple orders over several days, it is difficult to be sure to what items you are referring.
The Tee Square is an amazing product that really helps align and cut down on time! Takes all the guess work and frustration out! Happy I bought it, however I wish I had bought it sooner. Don't wait if you think you might need it, then you won't have to pay for rush shipping.
