I picked the heat press as I live nearby. Jason was an excellent CSR. He took care of my order and processed it quickly. Jason also had great CSR skills when I first spoke with him over the phone. I will be back for future supplies. Eric Nelson

So far so good. Arrived in apparently good shape. Well packaged. No damage to boxes.
Might need to inform customer at order time that not all UPS depots will deliver a 150# box. Luckily mine did
Can not test them yet due to a delay by my electrician.

The heat press works great. Everything I have done with it so far had come out perfect. It's worth the money though. I look forward to the rest of my future projects and hopefully getting more equipment in the future. I would definitely recommend this product. Easy to use and that helped big time because im a first time buyer and user.

Easy to find what i was looking for but took a little while to be delivered and did not receive a tracking number or email regarding shipping until after i had to call customer service. Also think there should be free return shipping if the color is not exactly how it appears on the website.

Great customer service! The one I originally ordered ended up being out of stock. When I called they told me my different options and I replace my order with another heat press that was the same price. Very quick shipping, great customer service and would definitely recommend to a friend. Prices are higher than what you would find on Amazon however, having customer service and buying from a reputable company is worth it to me!

So glad I purchased these. This is one of the best prices I have seen for a set like this and much better deal than buying individually. Shipping was fast and arrived on schedule. Very pleased with everything about HeatPressNation and sure if I have any questions or concerns about this or the previous t-square it purchase, they will be addressed quickly and satisfactorily.

To hard to add multiple colors and nobody responded on live chat. I like all the options you have and price seems fair. Hope it all comes in quick and as described.

Updated: Delivery was a little slow but products are great. I will continue to order.

There were some mistakes communication with my order and express shipping but one customer service rep in particular handled it beautifully and the matter was fixed and my express shipping cost was refunded to me. I wrote a review specifically mentioning him. I don't remember his name at the time of writing this feedback.

Some days later, the heat press arrived by UPS. It was in a heavy and big box. Thank you for a well packed box. We chose automatic function, which is a great choice we think. So smooth and nice opening. Moreover a drawer model is better than swing models we think.

Great customer service when item first ordered. There was a delay due to shipping address but the Rep was kind enough to change to faster 2 day air shipping because of delay in verification process. I love my heat press and it has made my job easier with completing customer orders. Easy to set up and use!

Your system didn't send me a shipping notice at the time. I didn't like that I had to pay shipping but as a business owner I understand. I can buy sub paper for almost the same cost on amazon and have it two days later or next day and it's practically the same quality so I don't know if I'll be buying again.

Had a website glitch/error around shipping prices on my initial that was promptly ignored when I tried to bring it up with the customer service team.

The minor problems with the press I mentioned in my review were not deal breaking, but are not ideal either.
Overall still a good experience. Thankful for your work.

Wonderful! I have ordered from us cutters before this and they are so very rude and not helpful at all! Your service employee who took my call was above and beyond helpful and kind! Even though you are a little higher in cost than them, i will be using you!

Very odd entry and waited for help no one acknowledged me until I walked into the workspace. Maybe there could be a sign or a bell so i don't feel like I am imposing. Once helped, everyone was very nice. They looked very busy which is good. Thanks again and I am looking forward to doing more business there. Very easy and location is close

If you ship anything UPS, you should know that they WILL damage the product. When shipping 1 box, why not put it into another box to help protect it a bit. Bent corners cause huge delays when doing a run. Hours of wasted time, that could have been saved by a $1 box.

Quick and easy to order the machine. Chat window opened while order to see if I needed any assistance. No problems.

We are a printing/packaging company and purchased this machine to use to laminate plastic film over printed proofs so our customers can determine how the laminated film will affect the color of their printed package. Seems to work ok for that.

Need better communication, especially around delivery. I did not receive delivery notification when I called that was advice of something totally different. I was told my package is coming from California however it came from New York and was received a day earlier than what the phone rep told me. The package isn't delivered until two days after I placed the order.
