My husband bought me a sawgrass and extra ink. When I received it today I noticed the ink doesn't match. I did not want the subli-ink because you have to use easysubli paper and the item can only be washed 10-15 times before the image is gone. It is the initial installation ink that is subli ink. I called to see if they could just exchange the initial ink but no because it's a bundle I have to send all of it back pay for shipping (that's fine) 20% restocking fee ( thats robbery I haven't even removed the tape or opened the ink). Then they said if I install the other ink I bought from them it will void my warranty. Good to know because I can buy 3rd party ink from Amazon instead of through them for the next two years (under original warranty I would not do it). I wish I knew my husband was going to buy from them before he did as I've had problems with my heat press from them also!
After doing a ton of research, Heat Press Nation not only offered an amazing deal, but a plethora of tutorial videos which made me feel very confident in my purchase.
Everything was delivered as expected, packaged extremely well, and set up was very easy. I started pressing shirts right away after adjusting the pressure.

My order arrived within the expected time frame and for the busy Christmas season, that was wonderful. Product is exactly as advertised and I'm thinking of ordering a 2nd set in the future so I can cut a few of the mats down to the specific size I need for smaller projects. Product is easy to use and works like a dream with my new heat press.

reasonable pricing and I love free shipping on vinyl and the shipping is received in a reasonable time.
Overall expuerence to date has been very satisfactory. Shipping was fast with shuck a large container. Packaging was superb! Heating is uneven across platen.
The shipping type should pop a window explaining what each type means instead of having to come across it in the footer
Just started with sublimation a few months ago and it has changed my small business. Now with easysubli it's so much easier! Shipping is fast and if I ever get stuck your videos always help..thank you heat press nation!
Easy to order and arrange drop shipping to the printer. The sublimation printer was thrilled I had chosen these for use.
customer service was not on my side. I left a message through the site. Then had a small conversation with support desk asking questions with Ephraim but never got answers or advice.

The only reason I am only giving 4 stars is because you guys shipped my sublimation printer without my ink and it will not be here for another 3 days. That was such a tease. LOL!

I'm a HPN fan because I live in California. Everything else takes 2 weeks! At first I was not impressed with how the first couple of orders were shipped. After I called in and actually communicated, it's been nothing but prompt delivery!!. Plus, customer service is the best I've ever experienced.
You have an inventory that compliments my business needs for sublimation printing. I like the one stop shop concept; everything from hot press equipment, sublimations inks and papers, and a wide range of sublimated products. Also, having access to information such as videos, print formulas and product templates on your website are a great plus!

Delivery was a bit rough resulting in product being out of stock and needing reordering. Overnight shipment failed but it did arrive by Christmas and all 12 Orca mugs were unbroken.

Everything was great, except the delivery time. I have purchased from heatpressnation before and this was the first time that an order took too long to arrive. They always ship quickly, everything arrives in 4-7 days, but this time it took more than 3 weeks. When we called, they gave us no explanation and still took long to ship. The item did arrive, but it was too late. Quality is great and price is reasonable. I don't know what happened with the delivery time.

Delivery was slow. I was told by online chat customer it would be delivered in 4-5 days but it took over a week. If you don't know delivery timeframes don't give a bogus timeframe. Was a big disappointment to not have enough time to construct our projects in time for a trip.
The Signature line of heat presses are good looking and really well built. We have two, the mug press and a draw press. Couldn't be happier.
