Good only hang up was the htv 15 inchx 1 foot page that kept hanging up and refusing to let me order -- required three refreshes to order the product.

Heatpressnation did everthing they could to make sure i recieved my order in good condition. Fedex made it difficult by delivering my package to a neighbor that doesnt even live there most of the time. It sat through a snowstorm befire i realized where it went. Thank goodness heatpressnation packs well. Everthing was nice and dry!
I've placed several phone calls about the cutter not working and have yet to receive any information back. So I'll continue to wait to pay I suppose...
I like the style of the mugs we bought and were happy to see no mugs were broken when we received them. I can't wait to try the sublimation process. I think it will be fun...
