So far I have had no problems. I had to call into Heat press nation to help with adjusting the pressure, was new to heat press world, only had the Cricut easy press, and the services was awesome.
Always easy to find what you need, no hassle ordering, always excellent service.
I have ordered 3 different presses form HPN 16x20 Auto Open, mug press, and Hat press. All three needed customer service calls and 2 of 3 needed new parts before they would work upon delivery. Customer service is amazing though and totally makes up for the hiccups with the machines.

Package arrived fast. And so far, the two times I've used the product the end result was incredible. I'm not sure what the end result after washing would be. Otherwise, I'm pleased.
