I foolishly ordered something for my elderly dog from these scamming liars. It's something she needs to take daily, (Azodyl) and I needed it quickly, as I was about to run out. I was promised delivery in 3-4 days. Instead, I called, and emailed, and received bizarre, dishonest, contradictory explanations and apologies, and didn't receive the item for four weeks, by which time Id purchased it from another company. They promised me a refund, which they never gave me, and in the end I had to fight the charge through my credit card. It was a nightmare. PLEASE, spare yourself, and buy whatever you need from anyone else. They will lie to your face.
I had given a previous review which said, "I received my order but one bottle came leaking. I tried to reach out to the company last week but no one has responded to me about this matter."
UPDATE: I reached out to them again and they were prompt in getting back to me and remedied the problem immediately. The only thing that I can think of as to why they didn't get back to me the first time is that my email never reached them.

Needed the item before going on vacation and paid for the expedited shipping. It was to be 2-4 day. It was 7 days. Called customer service, the young lady was rude and of no help. She said sorry but you needed to read the fine print, their excuse. To return I had to pay the shipping. So, customer service, no not really.
After buying dental treats (Greenies) for my pooch I found them cheaper on Amazon. I immediately emailed their customer service to see about price matching which is advertised on their website. After a week of no response I decided to call. I contacted them 4 different times about the issue; the first three times I was told the issue would be sent to accounting and a refund for the difference would be issued but that never happened. On the fourth call I was told price matching can only be done within the Healthy Pets website and not from other vendors;?. Horrible customer service; each time I called I was on hold for 20 to 35 minutes before. I'll never order from this site again.
I think Healthy Pets concerns about their customers and handle their orders as soon as possible. I received my orders within 2 weeks and considering the delivery out of the States is not an easy issue. I think I got the right company for my purchase and I would consider to have further purchase from the company.
I placed an order with HealthyPets.com in February, 2021. I never received a confirmation email, bit did receive an email asking if I had received my order. Ha! Called in early March, and was told item was on backorder until March 30. I called April 14 to cancel my order. Their customer service is horrid. They claimed I had canceled my order in early March, which I had not. Will NEVER place another order with them. Seems to be a big scam!
Our beagle had some issues in lab work and vet recommended using Denamarin. All prices where about the same Healthy Pets was cheaper and free shipping.
I shop around, I am always looking for good deals (who wouldn't). HealthyPets often offers promotions, coupons, and has decent prices. If you are not rushing to get something, HealthyPets is a great place to shop. If you need something urgently, and HealthyPets seems to be the only place where you can find what you need, the chances are, they don't have it, even if their website says "in stock".
I placed 6 orders with HealthyPets in the last year and half. Everything was "in stock" when I placed my orders, yet, 2 of my orders came back as back-ordered after the fact. I placed orders, received order confirmation emails, then received backordered emails. One of my orders did not ship until weeks later, but the back-ordered/out of stock items showed "in stock" on their website the entire time.
HealthyPets needs a system that will reflect the actual inventory accurately. They need to tell their customers at time of order if products aren't available. Saying items are in stock when they aren't is very unprofessional. They also have to be better at updating customers on a regular basis.
Also, HealthyPets will not ship your order if your order contains a back-ordered item. They won't split and ship your order in phases, they will not ship your order until all items become available. In stock items will be held hostage (lol). This is a very common practice, but it would be nice if options are given as to how customers want to proceed, so the wait doesn't end up being too long.
HealthyPets has good selection, great promotions and specials, if everything you need is "in stock". Sadly, you have no way of knowing that until you actually place an order. Until they improve their website that automatically adjust to reflect actual item count, I will be ordering from elsewhere, especially something that I need right away.
I'm so happy to have found Healthy Pets! I was ordering the same products from Amazon and a substantially higher price. They have a great selection of many different items for all my pets and very reasonable prices. Their website is easy to navigate and even easier to order. Product is always delivered fast. Love these guys!
I wash my dog every day and he really does love it. I bought an entire gallon of wash from healthy pets and get it shipped to me much cheaper than going to pet smart for my shampoos. I also like their dog vitamins and supplements that are cheaper than petsmart as well. Shipping is not too expensive and worth it still.
Ordered from this company in Feb 2021, was told it would be late due to supply issues, kept calling and after 6 months I was told they had to cancel my order and send my 68 dollar refund, it never came despite being told they would resubmit to billing, I managed to get a supervisor yesterday and was told it is too late for me to get a refund, now it is past the date PayPal or my bank will help me, nothing but a scam, and the website says they do not charge until items are shipped, liars, I was charged the same day as ordering and nothing was ever shipped
I'm absolutely disgusted with this company and their service. I'm beyond mad at these idiots. I placed my order on 1/25. After 8 days I didn't receive my order, so I called them. The lady said they have the product in warehouse and doesn't know why it is not shipped. Promised me that I will get my package within 3 days. After 5 days, they still have not shipped my order. I received my order on 2/15. I sent the package back on 2/16 for a refund. And it is now 3/5, and each time I called for refund, the people hung up one me. And I called about 6-7 times. This company is bunch of idiots.
Great product. Conveniently purchase on-line for a caring pet. Healthy Pets is a great website for products for our pets. I've used this site for previously buying products especially for aging pets too. Prices are reasonable and the service is great.
Very easy to use website. Once I placed my order, they followed up with order confirmation, shipping confirmation with tracking, and I received my products within 2 days of shipping confirmation. They also followed through to make sure my products were delivered.
I was trying to find an affordable fish antibiotics after my local store stopped stocking them. I researched quite a few websites. Then I found Healthy Pets, and I am so glad I did! I got a 100 count bottle of 500mg Amoxicillin capsules for around $26, including shipping. My local store was charging $23 for a 100 count bottle of 250mg Amoxicillin capsules. It was totally worth the extra few dollars for double the strength of my previous antibiotics, and they got shipped directly to my home. They arrived very quickly, in a few days, which in these times with all the delays in the post office (at least the ones in my area) was a pleasant surprise. I will be using Healthy Pets as my fish antibiotic supplier for the foreseeable future! Thanks Healthy Pets
I have not received any response to my numerous emails to customer service. I was charged for items I did not receive. When calling, I am on hold for close to an hour, if my call is even answered. I do not recommend this site.
Dasuquin is out of stock on Chewy and 1800PetMeds, so I searched for another service. HealthPets did not say that it was out of stock, so I ordered it. When the due date came & went, I tried their customer service link to contact them, but the web link failed, with an error.
Then I emailed them and they responded 24 hours later, saying that Dasuquin is "back ordered". I replied, telling them to cancel my order and provide a refund. I also told them that other sites tell you they're out of stock or back ordered - and don't even let you order the product. Chewy, in fact, will send me an email message when it is back in stock.
Going forward I will revert to the more professional Chewy & 1800PetMeds.
Order placed on April 26,2020. Shipping was estimated 4-8 days and was supposed to ship within 24 hours.
I email them on May 5 asking to cancel the order because it had not shipped yet. I receive an automated reply saying I'd have a response within 24 hours. I never received a reply and my order was not canceled.
Order finally ships May 16.
HealtyPets Co., Ltd never inform or state something to solve the problem. In addition, none of your staff to explain when the remaining will ship to destination. Dissatisfy for make business from now on include Entried pet Co., Ltd.
My package was delivered by FedEx to the wrong address when I contacted healthypets.com they put the blame on FedEx and FedEx passed the blame back to healthypets.com and I was left in the middle no resolution. Luckily the person it was delivered to was honest and got it back to us. Terrible customer service on both the part of healthypets.com and FedEx
