"Placed an order on Saturday August 15th. I emailed them on Tuesday and asked when my order would be shipped. It had still not been shipped and I had no response to my email by Wednesday August 19th so I attempted to call. I was on hold for 40 minutes and hung up. Thursday I called again. I was on hold for a hour and their system disconnected my call. I called back and I was on hold for 20 minutes and finally got a real live Person! I told her the situation. No apologies in fact she seemed a bit put out to have to answer the call. I told her to cancel the order. She said she would and send me an email. I have yet to receive the email or the site has yet to be updated to cancelled. I am planning on contacting my credit card company and processing a charge back by the end of the day if nothing has changed."

I ordered toothpaste for my cats on April 4th using their promo code for Easter via ground shipping. I received an email saying the products would arrive on April 12th. There was nothing in the mailbox. I filed a case with USPS immediately on the 12th and then called Healthy Pets to document the issue. I was told that I should give USPS some time to respond. I updated them on Friday April 14th that I received nothing from USPS nor have the items arrived. They said they will get manager approval to reship and email or call me with the update. I received no communication. I called again Monday and was told the manager was sick and will handle it tomorrow. I gave it an extra day and contacted them today, April 19th and was told that the manager said it's not their fault and they cannot do anything until I hear from USPS. Please note, I have been attempting to contact USPS daily as well with no success. So ultimately, I disputed the charge with my credit card today. $54 for cat toothpaste that never arrived is unacceptable nor is Healthy Pets crappy service. I have called almost daily as they kept saying they will reship as soon the manager approves it. After one week, they now say they won't do it. Pathetic. This is not my first bad experience with them but due to Covid and other issues, I have come back a few time to give them another chance as I used to have great experiences with ordering from Healthy Pets at first and was hoping for consistency. After multiple damaged shipments and delayed shipments and not this NON shipment, I cannot in good faith order from them again despite their nice promos.

If I had known that Healthy Pets and Entirely Pets are the same, I never would have ordered products from Healthy Pets.

My experiences with Entirely Pets have been so bad over the years - lost orders, false charges, horrible and confusing customer service, being pre charged for back ordered items that take months to show up if at all, and difficultly canceling back ordered stuff and getting the proper refund - it never ends.

The website is at best wonky, and the email communications are never informative, and often bizarre and misleading.

Healthy Pets is just a continuation of the misery - I ordered a few things via a Thanksgiving sale, charged immediately, and the "back ordered" bizarro emails from Healthy Pets started soon after.

Now, almost a month later I get an email from Entirely Pets about my Healthy Pets order asking if I received it! I look at the site, and the order is now at Entirely Pets and still pending shipment. I call what turns out to be the phone number for both, and I am told that from today it will take at least an additional eight weeks to get any of the items shipped, even though they are from different manufacturers. WHAT?

Do yourself a favor and avoid, avoid, avoid.

COMPLETE FRAUD
March 15, 2021

Ordered items from the website on Feb 23,2021 but the order status never updated for 2 weeks. Reached out to them multiple times (3 directly, 2 via PayPal) but complete silence. Had to file a claim through PayPal. Once escalated, they changed the status to "shipped" but they never arrived. I reached out for the 4th time directly, but still silent. STAY AWAY FROM HEALTHYPETS. THEY ARE COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT.

If you deal with this company and been told what they are like ignorant will not answer emails take the $127 and do not have the decently to reply. PayPal are just as ignorant.

Scam

You will be sorry if you ever go on their site, they promise me and extra charge me for 2-4 days delivery, after 4 days they said they never shipped yet and they count 2-4 days from when they actually ship stuff and they couldnt ship to me my package for next 3 days as well, of course like with every scam company its really hard to reach their customer service and even when you get them they very often hang up on you. THEY ARE TROUBLE, STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Scam!

This business is a scam. I placed an order on February 21 and immediately got a confirmation email stating everything was back-ordered with no projected timeline for fulfillment. There was no indication of low stock or out of stock issues when I placed the items in my cart. In fact, many of the items are still listed as in-stock on the website now. The big red flag was that my credit card was immediately charged even though the order was never filled. I emailed customer service on February 29 and again on March 26 to check the status and got no response, just a confirmation that my request was received. I also tried to call customer service throughout March and was unable to get through. I literally sat on hold for over 20 minutes each call before their system just hung up on me. I finally got through in early April, and the agent could provide no timing update for the order and also claimed there was no record of the charge going through (my credit card statement says otherwise). I cancelled the order on the phone and was told that it then had to be sent to "accounting" for a refund. It is now May 4 and it's no surprise that my order was never cancelled and is still marked as pending in my account on the website. The only recourse is contesting the fraudulent charge through my credit card. This company needs to be shut down.

Great price. Shipping was free. It's a good idea to have free shipping or cheap as possible. I can get it on Amazon prime and it is free shipping of course. Top of the line product though.

Never again

Ordered product, 15days later checked on order, told it was back ordered, didn't get email stating back ordered till after I, checked spent aprox. 2hrs. On phone and web site customer service rep. After waiting 1 month, order wouldn't be in till of 2/30/21 ordered 12 /22/20 told rep. I wasn't happy how they handled order he said we don't apologize to customers! Will never use this site again called, phone no. Canceled order they couldn't have cared less

Local vets do better and faster than this company. You'd be smart to avoid them. Don't get influenced by their "marketing". Late deliveries are norm here.

I ordered 21 tubes of toothpaste. I confirmed twice they were shipping fed/ex not usps. They shipped usps. I told the rep that the post office would return the items because they didn't use my P O box address. She told me to change it with the post office, I told her the the post office would not do that. She tried to change it and called me back saying "you're right, they won't change the address." I said "told ya". She said they would have the toothpaste returned and reship it to me via fed/ex. Well, they charged me for 21 tubes but only re-sent me 6 tubes. I asked the rep I spoke with why they charged me the full amount but only shipped me 6 tubes. I was told that they kept 15 tubes of my order to fill other customers orders! I had to wait for new stock to come in to receive the rest of my order. I called back and asked for a refund on 12/21/2021. They assured me I would receive a refund. My credit card statement came on 12/31/2021 and there was no refund from healthypets.com for the 15 tubes of toothpaste that I still have not received; and they told me they cancelled my order. When I called healthy pets, the rep told me the accounting staff was out for the weekend and she would send an email indicating I am due a refund for the 15 tubes of toothpaste I have not yet received. I called back on Monday and the rep I spoke to called the accounting department. She then told me they would not refund my money because I filed a dispute with my credit card company. I called my credit card company and told them healthy pets refused to refund the money they fraudulently charged me because I filed a dispute!

DO NOT SHOP FROM ENTIRELY PETS, ENTIRELY PETS PHARMACY OR HEALTH PETS- they are all the same company and incredibly DISHONEST!
