They do not respond at all. Horrible customer service

I only attempted to contact them once, through email, and never received a response.

Incredibly difficult. They don't respond to emails (although you get a confirmation that they received it and are "working on it". When you call you sit on hold for 20 minutes at a time until they just hang up on you. Good luck.

Never got a hold of anybody. So from my stand point. Impossible...
