This company helped me when I felt like I had run out of options. While I see a lot of negative reviews of this company, it seems more of them are out of ignorance than anything else. Of course they are going to ask you about your insurance coverage! They used my insurance to cover ALL of my expenses and provide me with a treatment that actually works, which is far more than I can say for my PCP! ANY doctor you use is going to ask you for your insurance coverage information! However, I was not charged a single penny, and I could care less what my insurance company was charged, as that is what my insurance is there for - to cover my medical needs.
As far as people complaining about what they sent them, they were VERY transparent with me as far as what they intended to prescribe me and why. They sent me treatment for my back pain, migraines, and even sent me a topical treatment for my scars that worked wonders. I never thought I would be able to get rid of my surgical scars. While I still have some scarring, it is substantially less than when I started using their creams. They gave me treatment options I had no idea existed, and it seems my PCP didn't know either, as after years of my PCP doing practically nothing for me, this company helped me in less than a week!
To all those who are whining on here about them asking for your insurance information, you should be ashamed of yourselves. This company helped me, and like ANY company, they need to make money. Their physicians and other staff need to make money like any other company, and they don't do so off of us, but off of our insurance. Personally, I see this company as a blessing and have nothing but positive things to say about them and feel blessed to have found them.
The phone call was very informative and professional. I was not pressured to buy a product. The product was exactly what I asked for and was delivered on time to my correct address.
This company kept calling so finally I answered my phone. And I am beyond glad that I did!
I listened to rep talk to me a while in regards to my pain and she asked me a ton of questions and this that and a third. I was a little off set by the whole insurance thing. But I thought about it and I realized that they can't do anything with your insurance information other than send you scripts that you can either sign for or not sign for so I don't understand why everyone is making a big hoot about that! But I have the lady my information and spoke to the medical office shortly after and then the next week I had knock on my door with my prescribed medication, that cost me $2.50... I had my husband apply it to my back and legs (I have some really bad herniated disks, arthritis, and neuropathy) and after 10 minutes I felt ZERO pain... honestly... still a little skeptical tho I called my insurance to see what had gone thru and if there were any charges I wasn't made aware of. And nope, the only thing that had even gone thru my insurance was the prescriptions, I received and signed for... I have now continued to use the medication and have been able to stop taking the slur of medications that were damaging my liver and kidneys. So thank ful.
I have a herniated disc in my neck, and arthritis in my hands and feet. They sent me cream for skin cancer.
This is a scam. Always get your money back - read the reviews here to learn more. Make sure you research about this company.
Block their number! I never requested them to call me and they wouldn't stop! Then they started texting!
To be able to talk to the doctors is awesome he people on the phone are so friendly and Caring what can you find that today
An item was ordered and charged to my insurance. I have never heard of this item before. The charge was $3,500.00!
How they got my number who knows...
Received a call... I was curious about telemedicine... What he had to say was interesting regarding accessing doctors online and over the phone. Then he asked about pain and if I had any... I said yes... I answered a few questions... he told me they worked with a pharmacy who could autoship all my current RX's and I could get my refills through one of their online doctors and I said that sounds nice... I think he asked if I could benefit from lidacaine cream I said maybe how much is that going to cost... he said nothing it goes through your insurance... he said I would receive a follow up phone call from a clinician to confirm... that never happened... then two months in a row I received lidacaine cream in the mail and now Im stuck with a $30 bill from Synergy Pharmacy! WTF - I was not informed properly about their intentions of signing me up for a monthly lidacaine cream RX... I feel like Health Right and Synergy Pharmacy are scamming insurance companies and the public! When I disputed with Synergy they played a recored portion of the phone conversation where I said I would like autoship BUT I WAS REFERRING TO IN GENERAL I WOULD LIKE MY RX'S ON AUTOSHIP! What a SCAM! The Synergy REp "CHAD admitted he could see how I was confused but the bottom line was I needed to pay them the $30 in copays! How can people operate a business like this!
Answer: Send them a Cease and Desist letter, contact your insurance company and tell them you don't want this company to be allowed to send meds to you anymore, they should be able to Flag the company on your plan
Answer: Same here. I am following their process and will see where it leads. Dont know how they generate revenue as a business, though they seem to charge $35/$50 for doctor chat/consultations. But that not sure how that can sustain a business. They could get kick-backs or referral fees from drug companies. I seem to think I can opt out if it gets sketchy. As you can I see I am doing some research/investigating.
