Never once spoke to a Dr... Then medication came in the mail to treat skin infections.
Pharmacy that they use (TX)... I'm in (FL)... Even said the Dr Sherman Washington. (Address in CA) never returned their calls. Getting a return label to ship medication back.
Did get the Drs phone number and no one by that name there.
My insurance company has a claim filed. If this continues, legal representation will be next!
I was told this was a study for CBD, I took it so that I could try to get some help. I spent over 30 minutes on the phone with people only to find that I was prescribed things that have nothing to do with my issues i'm having. I then asked to talk to someone and I was told either to call or wait for an email. I'm furious and wasted time I cannot get back.
CBD study scam. Phone operator tells you the study is provided by a third party company, to wait a few weeks. I'm a medical marijuana patient in CT. CBD's are the best for nerve pain, but its expensive and insurance will not cover it. They tell you its a free consultation by a DR. They called my CVS pharmacy to get my insurance group #, next this guy is asking for all my info without my authorization. I told him I do not feel comfortable with this. He said we need it for the consultation. I get transferred to a nurse, told him my med history. Repeatedly told them I don't want to try any meds. No, No, its just a free consultation with a DR he says. There is no consultation, 12 hrs later I get an email that my prescriptions are filled and a DR. Jude Germaine has completed my consultation. WWhaatt, I did not authorized any of this. How is this not insurance fraud? I will be contacting State Reps., Senators and A. G.
Whoever I talked to just told me his first name. Kept on saying "no worries" I said who are you? Where did you get my number? He told I took an online pain survey. He started talking and wanted to know of my insurance policies. Then he said you've lower back pain I said No. I questioned him on having the info uncorrect I finally hung up. FRAUD ALERT
Don't waste your time or money. They take payment up front and the doctor literally told me to go see a doctor in person. No help, no input, no suggestions, no medication, no remedies, just told to go see a doctor by the so called "doctor." Save your money!
Called numerous time that I was eligible for a medical marijuana trial I live in ny so I was excite currently on many pain med for years because or severe chronic pain in lower back due to bilateral stenosis and herniated disc. I want to get off these pain meds but can't because of the pain I am inCalled me back today with a Rx for a topical cream and naproxen I laughed I said did a pediatric dentist read my records or neurologist! Be very careful! Misconceived
These people will scam you. You cannot trust a doctor who does not see you in-person. A doctor can't help you without seeing you in person. But I never spoke to a "doctor", I missed the call. Yet the next day I got an email saying they prescribed me "Medcore" which I tried to google and got nothing. I tried googling the doctor but that brought up nothing because it's the most generic name they probably could make up.
So a fake doctor tried to prescribe me a fake drug. Thankfully this was a free consult. I will be taking measures to get these people out of my life and I suggest you do the same. STAY AWAY.
No sense in going into detail. My episode with Healthright is the same as all that I have read. Luckily when calling my pharmacist didnt seem right I went on BBB. I had not gotten to the consult yet. Called them back and told them they should be ashamed of taking advantage of people in chronic pain and I was reporting them to BBB and had already gotten in touch with my insurance company. I told them they better hope nothing goes through to my insurance!
You pay a fee for absolutely nothing other than a condescending unintelligent telemarketer. Then a "physician" who should be reported for unethical practices gives you a few minutes of her time for absolutely nothing except to take your money$$$.
Shame on Contrave for endorsing such a scam.
I checked into this because their ad said it was cbd oil to help with pain. Long story short turns out they were going to send me Lidocaine and a vitamin but my insurance rejected it because they tried to bill thousands of dollars for it. No wonder health care is so expensive.
Healthright had to have been the worst place I've ever worked at. They keep it dark and play inappropriate music. Amber, the manager on the clinical side is very unprofessional. She does not speak to anyone with respect. Her boss Natalie is even worse & she is considered "Upper Management". They both are bullies and talk about & to employees with utter disrespect and degradation. They both act like little high school girls. Its to bad to because Healthright is a wonderful company that helps a lot of people.
They only want your insurance information. No matter what the ad you answered said, all they will do it's offer lidocaine and some kind of vitamin at ridiculous prices ( $1000+) just to see if your insurance will approve it. Should be prosecuted for insurance fraud.
The no cost consult offered is only for those with "good" insurance. No state, medicaid. Reps are speak in deceptive manor forcing you to repeat OK after shady terms like- if i dont answer the phone for the doctor I will be held responsible for prescription that is sent to my home. Do not give your insurance information to this company. They will ask and also for you to verify your home address and date of birth.
Yeah... I'm with Sharon. CONSTANT calls. So after 3 weeks I picked up the phone and spoke to rep. BLAH BLAH BLAH... wanted my health insurance info. Yeah, not doing it. Last thing I need to is another scammer (like my pain management doctor) ripping me off. It's all a racket folks; no matter how you look at it--doctors, clinics, pain management, pharmacies, insurance. Need I go on?!? It's ALL a racket.
I scheduled a phone call consultation to help with my chronic migraines. The person called me promptly when they were supposed to but shortly after the call began I realized that something Shady was going on. When the representative was going through her speech something stuck out to me that I questioned her about rather than answering my question she simply restated her speech once again in which I stopped her a second time then I had to stop her a third and fourth time also. When she outright refused to answer the question that I had for her she became very defensive. I finally told her that if she didn't answer my question I was going to disconnect the call. She said thanks and hung up on me. Have already reported them to Better Business Bureau and have also reported them to my local health agency as they keep track of people that exploit others for health insurance billing fraud especially the elderly. Somebody that was paying less attention would have allowed them to proceed in ended up getting billed to their insurance hundreds or thousands of dollars for treatment you can buy at Walmart
This company caters to those of us who suffer chronic pain. They offer 1 free consultation and then charge for each additional servcie. There sales people are high pressure and call at any hour. The discourage you discussing their treatment plan for you even mentioning them to your primary care doctor. Once I realized that they were a scam I started saying no thank you. They continued to call, even in the evening at both my home and cell phone. Now, they a have created an account for me on their website without my permission. They wanted me to give them my insurance information over the phone. I am a bit worried about what they will do next and am trying to figure out who to report them to.
Sent lidocane from pharmacy Alpha Omega in florida to help with pain. I can get this at any local pharmacy. The scam is they get your insurance information and then proceed charge it out the $#*!. $2700 for lidocane. No wonder insurance is so screwed up!
Saw my pharmacist the next day he was worried. Told him what they were gonna order for me and I already refused. He laughed too. God I want help. They were leading me to that. What a waste of time.
Deceptive ads are a menace. This makes people not want to use the internet. Ruin it for everyone. We need to have an auto filter for this type of advertising. All they want is your insurance money. No wonder we are paying outrageous health care premiums. Insurance companies don't care if they do this they just up the billing to everyone.
Originally, the intake and consult with the physician was great. Very thorough and caring. However, that is where it stopped. I could see my information online. Great prescriptions written for my health needs. Then NO call to review my prescriptions and cost. Took me 10 days of going back and forth between HealthRight and "their" pharmacy. Same answer over and over will take 24-48 hours to process. Supervisors/Management was said to have been emailed. However, their policy does not allow you to talk to Supervisors/Management. Ridiculous customer service... no help... no answers. Then my insurance did not cover one of the prescriptions the doctor ordered... I would have to pay for a consult with the doctor and there was no option for doctor to review and order something else (its a vitamin). The answer I got from the CSR was "doctor ordered what was medically necessary". Again it was a Vitamin... which out of pocket would cost me $1,909.80 for 30 day supply with a discount pharmacy plan.
No its not their fault that my insurance doesnt cover the prescriptions or that the cost is so high.
Being unable to answer my questions, complete their customer service obligation of calling me within 24-48 hours (not 10 days later)... after I have called everyday to be told the same "canned" answers OVER and OVER and OVER.
Just a big run around and poor customer service.
Answer: Send them a Cease and Desist letter, contact your insurance company and tell them you don't want this company to be allowed to send meds to you anymore, they should be able to Flag the company on your plan
Answer: Same here. I am following their process and will see where it leads. Dont know how they generate revenue as a business, though they seem to charge $35/$50 for doctor chat/consultations. But that not sure how that can sustain a business. They could get kick-backs or referral fees from drug companies. I seem to think I can opt out if it gets sketchy. As you can I see I am doing some research/investigating.
