The price was the best (least) I could find. The product offered had good reputation, well known in the industry, a high quality product. The shipping was free and the shipping was initiated in a reasonable time. Not the best time, but a reasonable time. The product appears to be excellent quality, but arrived incomplete for use because there were no suction tips included. That would not have been a problem had the seller identified the need at the time of purchase. Now we are waiting on an order to arrive with suction tips before we can use the pump. The pump was purchased as a safety device to preclude choking episodes for a disabled patient, so the pump not available is a safety issue. And there are no instuctions provided for use of the oral suction pump. These obstacles are not insurmountable, but they are show stoppers in the short term. Recommendation: buy here, but arrange for suction tips and instructions separately, they are not included.

I ordeed last weekend july 1st similar item ehob geriatric pad for my elderly mom and is so far pleased with the item, now ordering a second item waffle chair pad and hope this will arrive just as early as neeed for it is very great.
