The call center will hang up on you when you ask for a supervisor. Asked for MFG phone number and will not give it. YOU ARE SCREWED WHEN YOU ORDER FROM THEM!

I usually review companies before purchasing online but I was drawn to the great buy 3 get 3 free deal and jumped. I placed my order on Monday the 20th. I got nervous that this was a scam after I clicked order and it didn't bring me to a page to verify my order information. It then tried to get me to purchase other products. The print was really small to decline. It also added on insurance without permission. It was only $1.98 but they still should not have added it on without my acceptance. The order confirmation was very suspicious because it didn't have the company name anywhere in the email address or body of the email. After I received an email from my credit card company asking to verify suspicious activity I decided to research the company. When I saw all the negative reviews I thought for sure I wasn't going to receive my package and just threw $120 down the toilet. I checked my credit card to make sure I wasn't double charged. To my relief I was not. A couple days later I received a tracking number. After two days it still said the tracking number was not valid or the shipment had no activity yet. I called USPS to confirm if it was a valid tracking number. As I suspected it was too short. I called customer service to confirm the tracking number. At first the representative didn't answer my question. I was just told that it would take 5-10 days to receive and didn't ask if I needed anything else. I had to cut him off to say he didn't answer my question. I was told the same tracking number and that it was DHL and their system was showing it would arrive on the 27th. After I got off the phone I looked the tracking number up on DHL and it also said not a valid tracking number. I became even more fearful that I had been scammed. I received my package this morning, the 25th, and I was so relieved and glad I didn't read the reviews before ordering! Bottom line, the whole ordering process and customer service sucks and appears to be a scam but it's a great deal and reasonably fast shipping. You just need to be very careful and pay attention when ordering. I don't know if I'll order from them again but I feel more comfortable that it's not a scam now.

I live in South Africa and placed an order with HealthBuy in Sept but never received the goods after 4wks. They said they would re-ship order in October but another 31 days has passed and still no order. They charged me Insurance for the shipment but they can't trace the parcel? I paid over R1000 and get no feed back from them.

It has been 45 days and my order for revitol products has not arrived. I kept e-mailing them and I received only automatic reply for e-mails. I have asked for a reshipment twice since I paid for insurance and still products are not received. Websupporter always provide incorrect/fake tracking no. I tried calling their hotline and nobody answers. I asked for a refund and I got none.
They ripped me of 171.84 USD.

So unprofessional. Stay away from this site. It is totally a scam.
