I just got three new tubes that of idol white pens, nothing would come out like it was suppose to, first so called free one was so thick and gummy it last about three days, I tried to canell the was to get no more, but low and behold I got the stupid stuff, I hope they can sleep when they send no good oned to the people!!!!!

I don't understand all this negative complaining about Revitol because I've been using the anti-aging cream for a couple years and finally decided to go on the auto-ship of one free per month. The only complaint I have is that it took so long from the time i ordered the free one till it was actualy shipped and now I'm running out before I get it. Otherwise, I love the cream and don't want to be without it. I'm wondering if HealthBuy is used by different companies for shipping and the fact someone mentioned Dr Oz has me wondering. I had a reallly bad experience with another product that was promoted that way and it took a lot of frustration, and effort, but finally got most of my money back.

Yes. I have a question. How do I return something? I keep receiving the Revitol eye cream and the anti ageing cream - I am highly allergic to something in the cream that irritates my eyes. On the delivery document it tells me to go to www.websupportcenter.com which is obviously bogus because they are an IT software online shop. I made initial payment by Credit Card - now they just auto deduct my Credit Card every 3rd month. I now have about a dozen each of the eye cream and anti ageing cream. I want this to stop... how do I make that happen?

I'm from Singapore and I waited over 1 mth for the arrival. The product did arrive & yes, the credit card episode is familiar to me and now I'm thinking of a refill (which they first gave me a 20% discount then reject me because of credit card error)... could someone please advice me which email address to enquire - one that I can 'hear' a response? Thanks!
