No information given about the material and again. Typically smaller than it should have been so all 5 shirts are useless to me. (I went off yr chart sizing)
So far, so good. The long shipping time is almost a turnoff. Shipping is too high and confusing.
It would be nice to see a tag on the shirts showing size, materials used, washing/cleaning instructions. Products look more substantial in pictures than the shirts really are. More information of the material composition, weight and whether they are for a specific season using the four seasons in the United States.
Some colors are not available. My expectation was a little disappointing but that is ok.
There wasn't any place to enter the H18 coupon and when it got here, it was a disappointing experience with the low end material and ridiculous sizing. I literally can't give the thing away.

After ordering, I was told they would let me know when item was in country so I could track delivery. It just showed up in my mail box yesterday and gift recipient was one who retrieved it! Next day I receive this message from company. It was supposed to be a Christmas present but I know there were shipping issues due to Covid. I just would have like an idea of when to expect it to arrive. Also, I had 8 messages that my address was incorrect, each time I replied that it was correct and I typed it in again.

I placed my order in early December as a Christmas present. As it got closer to December 25, I tried to track my order. Pages that the "Track" link took me to were either disorganized non-sense and mostly blank, or in Chinese! I had no idea where my order was, or when it would arrive. It actually did arrive, but in the first week of January. I understand there are problems with shipping that are out of the Hawalili's control. What is under Hawalili's control is the quality of your communications, which was very poor.

Received the shirts in a timely manner. Colour and size as portrayed. No complaints from me.
Placed order on Nov. 28. Ordered 4 shirts. Never received email confirmation. Sent 4 emails to customer service to try to find out what was going on. Have never received response. Finally got 4th shirt on Jan. 7. Other 3 shirts in late December. So I did get all items ordered.
