For me specifically, I had no idea that you have to order six shirts to get the "free" sixth shirt. I had to contact your chat line and they explained it to me. Would be better if you explained it alongside the offer itself.

Shipping is too high and not posted until the end of the order process. US Postal service should be cheaper that $12 for one shirt. Also, your site is flagged as an unsafe site and I cannot contact your site to unsubscribe from your marketing emails. A marketing email every few weeks instead of every other day would be exceptable.

The site is easy to navigate and ordering/paying is also very easy to do. I love the variety of shirts that are offered and I think I ordered three of the best. I get compiments all the time. I really love the material, polyester is cool.
