Very good experience with HCT. I shipped my 2005 honda from Oahu to Chander AZ. The Honda arrived as it was dropped off, no added damages, no added scratches, and no bird droppings or any other stains. I gave the car several good waxing before I dropped it off as advised by other people who have shipped their cars before. The car was deliveried by a third party hauler that was very professional that called before dropping off the car at my home. It was funny to see my old Honda on a car transport with new BMWs and other high end cars coming from California. Since car was empty, the interior was exactly as I left it, with only a paper floor mat to keep clean and it was actualy clean too. Tracking was easy to follow, just use information given on documents. The car actualy arrived earlier that the document from ocean shipper, but was correct according to document and agreement with HCT. I received regular updates by email and by phone. Overall very good experience and would use service again. Thanks

Website was easy to fill out and information is readily available. Only draw back was my vehicle battery was dead when I picked up my truck.
