This is a FAKE merchant, they accept card transactions but you never hear back from them nor do they respond to any inquiries about products or shipping information. Their web site, https://hatsers.com contains contact information providing their phone and address. After I did a google maps search on their location, they are based in a flat (apartment) in a section of South London, in Kenley, UK and the place seems to be old and empty from the outside. So I doubt it very much that this is a legitimate business. Honestly, refrain from even looking at their merchandise, which I believe was stolen from other web sites!
