Harry's products are superb and priced right. Harry's blades stay sharp so long I'm building a stock pile. I am also glad to see Harry's products in Target stores. Now I can purchase Harry's shave gel as I need it. The aroma of the shave gel is exquisite. Thanks Harry's!
I've been using Harry's for over two years and love every chance I get to use them. I've given Harry's to my father, father in law, and brother for Christmas gifts and they all agree. One thing that puzzles me is why are people having trouble with their Harry's products. I shave my face and head with these amazing blades and have never had a bad experience once. If you are on the fence about Harry's I would advise trying the product. Remember you don't need to sign up for a subscription to get them, I order when I need to. The price is amazing and the shipping is always free and there when I need it. I have never needed customer support so I can't talk about that but in a way I think that too says it's a great product. So again give it a try, if you don't like it you're only out a few dollars, but I think you'll be surprised at the quality for the price.

Since becoming a Harry's customer and fan, I have contacted them on two occasions. It seems they are always listening because they are quick to respond with brief, articulate communication with a feel of friendliness that kinda gives the impression we are related somehow. I had been a member for a couple of years now. The last two batches of razors, began giving me lots of ingrown hairs. I mentioned this to customer service, and they offered me 4 free razor blades. I think it was time to switch brands anyway.
You guys do a great job. I love all of the products. Razor blades are as sharp as ever, best shaving gel on the planet, aftershave cream is fantastic. What more can I say. Wish it was a bit cheaper, but you get what you pay for.

Been using the razors several years, have never had a problem with the product or delivery. The razor and blades are great, the delivery of them is always on time, always let you know when they are being mailed. Had to change credit cards for automatic delivery and that went smoothly, no problems with that either. All in all I highly recommend this product.
About 6 months in and enjoying it so far. I like the reminders before a package ships so I can customize based on my needs. The app is simple and straightforward. Quality is fine for the cost. That is, I get about a week's shaves (4-5) from a single blade, so 8 blades every 2 months. Much cheaper than Gillette or other "premium" brands.
Have been using these for a couple years since switching from dollar shave club. I found the blades worked better for me, and the price was about the same. I shave my head with these and get three or four shaves before I change them out. I like getting the email notifications and adjusting the auto shipping schedule is quite easy and convenient. Price is good, notifications are good, product is good, and I don't have to think much about it. What more do you need?
Every year, around Christmas, my husband puts on his list Harry's razors. He loves them so much and uses them all the time. My experience with Harry's.com has been rather pleasant. They have wonderful deals, I find it's worth the price they are asking, and the shipping is rather fast. They make lady razors too, definitely worth a shot!

Started with Harry's a couple years ago. I'm currently signed up for the 8 blades every 4 month program. The blades work just as well as the 4/5 blade brands found in the stores, but a fraction of the price. I have also received the special gifts of shampoo and face lotion. I liked both products.
I have been using Harry's razors for a few years now. A proper shave is up there with a perfect white shirt, New England in the fall, or fries at Pommes Frites. Harry's delivers such a shave. I've been around more than a few 24's to know what's what re: how much of a pain in the butt shaving can be, so much so I've never stopped looking for ways to improve the experience of a decent shave. That's how I wound up a very satisfied Harry's customer. I've nothing but praise for all of the products I've tried: the blades, the shavers, the shaving foam, the face scrub, and lately, the after-shave balm. I've been using my Harry's razor for almost a year. The blades arrive when needed, work as advertised (I love the extra blade on the back) and leave my face very smooth. In fact, I'm so impressed that I bought my son a comprehensive selection of Harry's products for Christmas.
I gave in to the hype. I liked the German factory stories. I loved the endorsements. The reviews are great. So I switched. I regret my choice. I wanted very much to like this product but finally admitted that it was a good shave for the first few shaves but then went steadily down hill very quickly.
When the second blade rusted I just had to realize that I was a fool to give up my excellent shaving experience (Gillette Fusion) for these marketing geniuses. My overwhelming question is what all these reviewers were using to shave before they tried Harry's in order to love it so much? A rock? Clam shell? Pen knife?

I was using a name brand blade and decided to try Harry's. The service has been excellent and the blades are every bit as good as the name brand. Each blade lasts 7 days. Just about the time I load my last blade, there comes a new supply in the mail. While I do receive offers for other products, there's ho pressure, and I love the sense of humor displayed on the packaging as well!
Answer: Great question, Tony! Blade lifespan will definitely vary a bit based on your particular hair type, shave schedule, and blade care habits. While there's no exact standard for how long a cartridge will last you, we find that the average person likes to replace blades every 6-8 shaves. The idea is that our blades are durable and will last a long time, at a great price.
Answer: The new blades are not as smooth as the old ones and you cannot buy the old ones anymore.
Answer: Absolutely! There are lots of women who use our razors so we'd definitely encourage you to give them a try.
Answer: I had a problem with that when I first got them and found out that I wasn't pusing them on the handle far enough. Also if you hold too close to the blade and choke up on the handle too much your fingers tend to push the blades off. When I held back further on the handles... no worries. Since I changed those two things, I don't have that problem.
Answer: Because when they changed the design of the blade by adding the trimmer, the blade lost its smooth shaving quality, life of the blade and no burn feeling. Now it burns after the shave, blade does not last that long and all you are left with is a cheap blade. If they bring back there 1st generation blades back, I will be the first one to buy them and give back my business to Harry's for LIFE!
