The shopping experience was fine. However, some of the stain leaked out of the can. Better packaging may prevent this in the future as there was no bubble wrap in the delivery carton.

Product was as advertised
Although I received the correct model of pocket door latch, the item sent to me came with the pewter finish instead of the brass finish that I had indicated while ordering. I have installed the latch and it is acceptable but not what I had originally specified.
Ordering was easy. Will have to see if the part does what I hope it will.
