Shirts and paid $28.99 for the expedited shipping bringing my order total to $139.62. The service says 3 to 7 business days but that means they will ship them from another country in 3 to 7 days and they have no idea how long it will be before you receive your shirts. I asked for a $28.99 refund and was denied. I am done ordering from Hardaddy!

I ordered 11 shirts for a class reunion from this site. The reunion was cancelled due to a family emergency. I did not even want to return the shirts... just exchange them for different styles.
WHO NEEDS 11 OF THE SAME SHIRT?!?!?!
They simply said, "no". It is outside of our 30 day return policy.
The shirts are very poor quality. I will probably go thru all eleven of them within a year, because they are junky.

Quality shirts at a reasonable price. I have like 5 or 6 of these shirts already. I love them all.

Per site- one day to process then 7-14 days of shipping. Ordered holiday themed shirts, so needed them on specific dates. On day four still in process status. Contacted customer service via chat, was advised items will be in warehouse within 9 days (an estimate) with same ship time frames. Offered discounts which do me no good for a need on two holidays. Items look great online, very disappointed in execution and communication. Won't be back.

I had to return a shirt and only received 1/4 of my purchase price. They charge you high return shipping cost for returning an item. I received an email after I returned it and it states I will get back the full purchase price. It never stated I would be charged for the return shipping fee. I contacted customer service and they were rude and told me I was wrong and I wasn't getting anymore money out of them. Sad because we like the shirts but refuse to do business with a company that rips you off.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago which only 5-6 items were received. The last item showed as processing and when I chatted with CS was informed item out of stock. Not sure I would have been informed had I not checked! This is why a company should not charge before an order is placed! Beware of this shady practice!

I ordered from this place they charged extra to express the items which were suppose to be delivered within 3 to 7 days got only 2 of the items ten days later the third item was never sent and the money was never refunded.
