Previous transactions with Hardaddy were successful, but then...not so much.
Order was placed and shipment info was sent. Tracking number XJZXR*******221YQ (order #acrossical**************)
I could not access any tracking information using the link they sent and inquired about it. They provided "update" on tracking but would not answer or correct the tracking link so I could check myself. After a few weeks of waiting, I inquired again about my order and was told by customer service that the package was delivered. It was not. They apologized and offered to resend the order. After waiting another two weeks, I inquired again about the tracking and the link still would not work. They haven't provided any real tracking information and refer to the shipping company as "Courier" with no other details.
Reply to my inquiry:

We are very sorry to hear that you haven't received the package yet. We understand your feelings and are well aware that every order and package carries the strong expectations and love of customers. Our goal has always been to provide customers with a satisfactory shopping experience, and please believe that we will solve all your problems for you.
After hearing your feedback about not receiving the package, we contacted the courier as soon as possible, hoping that the courier could make financial compensation, but it was difficult for us to obtain compensation from the courier. Normally, couriers will not make any compensation for delivered packages.
As our precious customer, we cannot let you bear this loss. We are willing to resend the package with the expedited service to you for free, and it is supposed to arrive within 7–15 days.
1. Are you willing to receive the second package? We will resend you if you want. Please let us know about your opinion.
2. If you are unwilling to wait and refuse the second package, please let us know and we will continue to provide you with other solutions.
If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us here and we will help you solve the problem. Please rest assured.

After not receiving their second attempt: and notifying them of such. This reply:

Since this is the second time you have failed to receive the package, I think the courier has some problems with the delivery service in your area. We have already filed a claim with them. Although they still refused to bear all the loss of the order since the package was shown delivered, we tried our best to require them to increase the proportion of the compensation for the loss as much as possible.
With our unremitting efforts, we have obtained a 70% refund for you. I know this may be different from the ratio you expected, but please understand that we also suffered a huge loss as the products were sold at a very low price already. We would appreciate it if you could understand our difficulty.

I rejected the offer of a 70% refund and simply ask that Hardaddy honors their end of the deal. I paid for product, I should receive the product.
***I also purchased shipping insurance*** No clue what that insurance actually protects.
Most certainly will NOT be ordering from them again. Very unfortunate.
Pricing for products was good - customer service, while they reply, there isn't much success in getting real answers. Offering a 70% refund for a shipment that never arrived even though shipping insurance was purchased. Incorrect tracking information and incorrect location descriptions provided by customer service.
