This is the best wig ever swear to god the hairline looks like it's growing straight from my scalp. It's super expensive but I see why it's GREAT quality. I'm only going to buy hair from here from now on I cannot go back to my old wig dealers after getting such a great wig thank you

Haven't tried it on yet since I have box braids in at the moment but girls! This wig is popping! It's REALLLLY soft! Nice blonde/brown highlights! The lace is very nicely customized you literally could just cut the lace and wear it straight out of the box! I'm very pleased and can't wait to try it on! I brought the Ariel prepluck wig in 18" and it is stunning. I choose this wig for the 180% density and it does not disappoint. Hair is thick with looks very natural. Everyone thinks it's my hair!

I want to start off by saying, I was beyond skeptical of my purchase and took weeks, if not months before deciding to make a purchase from an online store. This is an investment that I did not take likely.

Before reviewing my Afrolista 13x6 lace-front, I wanted to wear it for a few weeks and have the chance to wash it a couple of times to see how it would hold up. I've had textured lace-fronts before, they are my favorite. However, they tend to snag and shed like crazy, so they don't last very long and they are challenging to maintain. And because of the density of the hair (this totally surprised me), I expected that I would have a hard time managing it - combing & brushing. Truthfully, I have not had that experience with this lace-front. It has shed VERY little in the 3 weeks I've had it, which is indicative of quality workmanship. It has shed so little that I actually cut out a few strands and burned them to confirm that it was actually human hair and not synthetic. It's human hair.

Secondly, after washing it a total of 2 times so far, it hasn't (a) tangled and become unmanageable, and (b) changed texture after washing. The texture has remained consistent, and I continue to brush and comb it with ease with no snagging or loss of hair.

I chose the mocha lace color and it matches and blends into my skin tone pretty well. Be warned though, there is a chemical smell when you first unwrap your new purchase, which is off-putting. I'm assuming the smell is a remnant of the texturizing process. This smell has pretty much disappeared after 2 washes and conditioning and I think it will be totally gone once I get that 3rd wash in. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and will definitionally make another purchase in the near future.

The frontal unit that I received is a quality product. It will be my 'Special Occasion' wig. It was packaged nicely, with instructions on the best way to care for it. High recommended!

This is seriously the best wig I've ever had. The fake scalp being pre made was amazing because literally all I had to do was open the box, cut the lace and put the wig on. I can't even explain the quality. Just go ahead and buy one!

I placed an order with Hairvivi a week ago and still cannot get them to answer my email to provide a tracking number, confirmation, or status. Their website claims they send wigs out within 48 hours, and should be received within 3/4 days. I cannot even get a response from them so it seems I will have to cancel the order altogether! Very poor service! Will not order again!

They scammed me out of 630$ and insulted me as a transgender along with my light skin tone to which their lace IS NOT hd lace and they are falsely advertising that it is so it will NOT blend in with any skin tone as HD lace is supposed to, google it, they offered me 10$ refund for a 630$ wig because I'm transgender

I recently purchased a Hair Vivi wig. The Hair Vivi website says- YOU CAN RETURN THEIR WIGS,.
"FAT LIE". I had been 2 times to Fedex and what Hair Vivi says is incorrect.
They know to ship anything to China is almost impossible. Hair Vivi just waits until you get tire of all the running around they tell you to do and give up. I had to apply for Export Agreement, I still can't ship the item.

What a joke!

SO, IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SURE THE WIG FROM HAIR VIVI WILL WORK FOR YOU,
DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY. You won't be able to return it!

All the 5 stars was from the sellers not customers. I ordered 9 different wig and they are all rubbish synthetic and fake with no clip and the wig net was really bad. I even went to the extend of paying extra for thick hair but really disappointed. I emailed them straight away when I received the wig there was no reply to my email and no receipt in my order for me to be able to return the package back. My order number is D41ISD******* so please don't believe in their lies or else you will regret ordering from their website. They are actually deceiving people with real wig and sending the fake one. Very nasty people. Me given the company 1star is just because it the only way I could be able to write this review.

Really surprised by these negative reviews. These wigs are pricey but well worth it. And for the comment about China? Hello, all the wig companies are from there.

I ordered the Lillian and Lydia and both were gorgeous! However, they looked extremely similar so I wanted to return one. That was the only negative since I had to pay to ship all the way back to China but they gave options: use our Fedex number which cost me about 30 bucks or pay on my own which would have been around 100. The day they received my wig back, I was credited immediately.

Love this hair. Very silky, able to dye it and can't say enough about the lace. Finally lace that matches your skin complexion. I'm forever a fan. Now if only they could offer better discounts :)

I PAID NEARLY $400 FOR A BLENDED WIG? COME ON. HAIRVIVI IS LITERALLY ROBBING THEIR CUSTOMERS! ALL FOR WHAT? FOR MONEY? HOW DESPICABLE! IVE BEEN WEARING WEAVES, WIGS AND EXTENSIONS FOR YEARS! I KNOW 100% HUMAN HAIR FROM A HUMAN BLENDED WIG LIKE THE WIGS SOLD AT HAIRVIVI. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Please don't buy this hair! It is not real hair. You can't flat iron. I tried to cut bangs in the hair and you know how when you cut barbies hair it just doesn't stay. I've cut bangs before and that was not it. The hair texture is like a Barbie. Fake fake! Not human hair. Please don't listen to these youtubers they are lying for this company. I should have listened to the girls with only a few subscribers. The scalp is horrible! It looks so fake and slides back. Lesson learned too much money wasted. Fake scalp method does not look like a scalp. If you want to be laughed at buy it.

I have purchased many wigs from different suppliers, but Hairvivi made me feel quite comfortable. I live in NY, and received my wig which is a deep curly wig called the Caribbean very quickly. When I opened the package, I felt surprised because it is almost the same as the photo and don't need to do some extra work to wear it. More than that, the lace and the fake scalp color melted perfectly with my skin tone and the style exactly match my complexion.
But I'm not fully satisfied with it because the smell from the wig is not good, so after contact with their customer service, they told me it is a normal situation because they need to use some products to maintain the permanent curl pattern and I have to wash and condition it so the smell will be lighter, hope it will work for me.
So overall, it is a quite pleasant purchase for me and I'd like to give a 4-star review to them and definitely will get another one from them.

I just received my first Hairvivi wig which is called "Victoria" within only one week and it is awesome! OMG! The pre-plucked hairline, pre-bleached knots, and the new fake scalp, everything is so natural and I'm so excited about this wig. And before ordering, I contacted their customer service, and they are so helpful and patient for all my questions, thanks for their great help! But there is a little problem on my wig, it has some short hair or fly-aways which is kind of annoying, but after using my wax stick and a hot comb, the problem disappears, so hope they will improve their wigs.

Absolutely love this and just bought my second one. I am obsessed with this. I wore it straight out of the box and didn't have to do anything but cut the lace. Looked like it was coming out of my scalp, it was so perfect. For anyone hesitating, I would make the purchase. It came super fast and I can never buy anything else. Tried to go back to a regular lace front for a longer style and it just was not the same. Ended up just buying the 22" from here.

Some people may want the scalp look more natural and then use the fake scalp method when they wear the wigs. Though this method do will let the scalp of the wig very natural just like your own. But when you adopt that method, it will not succeed all the time. Because it do need some skills and someone may find it is very difficult to realize it. For those beginners who want have a natural scalp color, it is not friendly and unrealizable. Even though you have mastered in this method, it will take too many time (at least one hour) and need many tools like glue, spray and cap. Sometimes you need hurry to a interview or a date, this method may let you late for those important occasions. And if you want to wash it, it would be more complicated because you need to take it down, and next time you wear it, you have to repeat the same routine. It is way too tiring.
Now Hairvivi pre-made fake scalp wig has solved the problem for all wig-wearer. They create a new wig with fake scalp which really change the game and take it to a new level. If you don't know how to bleach, pluck or do the scalp method, that is okay because Hairvivi has done all of them for you. You don't need to worry many problems, like "there a weird shadow under the hair", "the parting is too dark or too light", "my wig is so fake and make me awkward" or "that method is complicated and wastes me too many time".
