I recently purchased a Hair Vivi wig. The Hair Vivi website says- YOU CAN RETURN THEIR WIGS,.
"FAT LIE". I had been 2 times to Fedex and what Hair Vivi says is incorrect.
They know to ship anything to China is almost impossible. Hair Vivi just waits until you get tire of all the running around they tell you to do and give up. I had to apply for Export Agreement, I still can't ship the item.

What a joke!

SO, IF YOU ARE NOT 100% SURE THE WIG FROM HAIR VIVI WILL WORK FOR YOU,
DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY. You won't be able to return it!

I purchased two Glueless Full Lace Wigs- 140% extra thick from WigStyleofficial.
The wigs in the website and in the description of the product have transparent Swiss Lace and baby hairs in the front of the forehead and are 100% Peruvian Human Hair. The website have gorgeous wigs, The pictures, videos and description ARE A FAT LIE, an elaborated deceitful scheme.

I received two wigs that looks like BIRDS NEST (Bad Halloween costumes wigs). They are NOT FRONT LACE or SOFT HAIR like the website videos description and pictures. The wigs have a horrible stitching on the top of the head. I paid $81.75 for this junk.

I'm still trying to get my money back from these people. I had to open a dispute on Pay Pal. Very frustrating! Wish me luck!

I'm not ordering anything from that company ever again. Be aware they have other websites because the product is the exactly the same including the same models and the same deceitful videos. BE AWARE!

SCAM! STAY AWAY!

I purchased the Reopro salon professional steam hair straightener.
The item arrived 4 weeks later damaged, it keep turning off, it never got hot.

I emailed the Maisie Maven customer service and din't got a response for days. I had to open a dispute on Pay Pal. Very frustrating!

I'm not ordering anything from that company again. I had to pay $23.50 NON REFUNDABLE to send the damage item back.
