My instagram account was hacked and I was unable to receive any support from Instagram. Hacked was absolutely amazing in their service, solution and price. I would highly recommend their services to anyone who is skeptical (believe me I was) and if you do not know where else to turn. They got my instagram account back in 15 minutes and then helped me further protect my instagram and facebook accounts.

Loved working with Aaron. I bought a package from Hacked.com last year when my Facebook was hacked by a devious prankster. Not only did he clean all that up, but helped me out as I have been in and out of the hospital for the past year. I went to Facebook to check my account out and couldnt get into it. Just got off the Zoom with him, and he honored the contract that I did last year and got me back into it with no additional charge. Great guy!

I was extremely skeptical to use this site, first alarm was the very name but after checking the reviews I thought I'd give it a shot. I was exhausted and frustrated all means to recovery by hacked FB account. The hacker changed my email, pw, phone number and even added a 2FA to my account. I was ready to give up and started accepting i may never be able to recover my account until I tried hacked.com. I worked along with Greg, he was professional and very patient and within an hour recovered by FB account. TOTALLY worth it!

Explained my issue prior to setting up a meeting. They said they knew what to do to get my facebook back. On the meeting, they provided absolutely nothing that I did not already know, The 'expert' got nowhere and the meeting was done in about 30 minutes - waste of time, waste of money. They are no better than the facebook help-guides themselves, all they really do is follow those instructions and nothing more.

Jonas, your comment is untrue; after I explained my situation, the final comment prior to scheduling a meeting was:
"Yes, during the Zoom consultation, our security expert will help you find a way to submit your ID for review - make sure to have a valid ID with you when you attend the Zoom consultation with us."
That was an outright lie - the 'expert' did not offer any way of re-submitting to facebook - on the contrary, he affirmed the issue as I explained it, happened many times before and hacked.com could not help.

All that hacked.com does is follow the facebook help guide - anyone who has gone through that process will find nothing new from this company - not worth the time, not the worth the money.

I had an outstanding experience with Greg Franklin and Christian Erickson. Their calm vibe helped to destress a very stressful situation and also inspired trust. They were patient and gave clear instructions on how to navigate through various links and menus to get to the root of my issue. I was blocked from my Instagram account - they solved that - and they gave me great advice on how to enhance my security, avoid, and troubleshoot future problems. My problem was solved, I learned a lot, and it was a genuinely enjoyable experience. I want to mention that prior to the Zoom meeting, my initial contact with Hacked was by email with Pamela. She was super responsive, great follow up and communication. I already felt reassured, even before the Zoom call, that I was dealing with real people who really cared.

Aaron was able to restore my Facebook account literally from the ashes. He then took steps to secure the account from further security issues. He had the expertise to do things I would have never known to do.

There was an adult video I needed removed and after a few months, it's no longer there.

My Facebook profile was hacked and I was looking for help here. I contacted Greg and explained my problem and he was very professional in answering all my questions and explaned the process. 3 stars as rep was on time with his call. However, if you can read the instructions on the Facebook Help center, and it still doesn't help you, you're probably not going to get any further with a call from Hacked.com. Filing a complaint with the attorney general is something a simple google search can suggest for a hacked Facebook account.
I should have known that this company couldn't have gotten me any further than I've already got myself.

EDIT: The rep that I originally spoke to said that I could get a refund if I emailed the help center, which I did, and I just got a BIG mad response cause I left a negative review. HA! (I highly doubt they're we're going to refund me anyhow as I purchased the $95 option, not the miracle $329 package.) Extremely unprofessional. If you can use the Facebook Help center like every other person that is proficient with a computer, save your money!
