Paid Hacked.com to help regain my FB account after I was locked out. They were not successful and when I asked for a refund they gave me 50% back. They were very responsive but would not honor my request to try with another representative. I don't recommend them since they were not successful in helping me to retrieve my account

I was hacked about a month ago on Facebook and the hackers completely logged me out and changed all my login credentials and contact information. I had my same account for 16 years and help out with multiple animal rescue groups through the social platform, so you can imagine my utter heartbreak after getting hacked. After many failed attempts at emailing Facebook for help, I decided to move forward with an appointment with Hacked.com. Greg Franklin was very thorough, precise and kind. He was able to successfully get me back into my account and helped me remove all the junk the hackers changed or added and helped me set up multiple authentications to minimize chances of being hacked again. My Facebook was hacked out-of-the-blue and I was completely locked out. 16 years' of photos and memories were no longer accessible. I tried the few options that Facebook recommended, including verifying my ID, but due to unusual activity on my account (likely from me trying to get back in) nothing worked. In desperation I reached out to Hacked.com, who was mentioned in a few Wall Street Journal articles. After just two appointments with Greg, I had my account back and he secured my account against future breaches. It took 2 weeks because Facebook had imposed a timelock. During that time the hacker had used somebody else's credit card (likely stolen) to place a bunch of ads through my business account. But no other damage was done, and I am SOOOO relieved to have my photos and memories back, not to mention my network of friends and family. If you experience something similar, reach out to Hacked.com first and they will take care of you. Better yet, contact Hacked.com to secure your account so you can avoid this nightmare altogether. I am extremely happy with their service, which was also reasonably priced.
I signed up for a 85 dollar consult with hacked.com. The company did not send me a link to connect to the Zoom call until 7 minutes after the call was suppose to start. Then I could hear him and he could not hear me. I have had zoom calls with no problem and for some reason my mute could not be switched to unmute. He then disconnected after about 5 minutes and I got an email saying sorry about the failed connection and I could rescheduled another call for 50% off. They were quick to want more money for another call. Interesting how they are supposed to be so tech savvy and can't produce a successful Zoom call. They are all about the money. I disputed the charge with my bank and all the sudden they produced all these emails that I never received! So buyer Beware!My call was with Aaron Weaver don't use him.
Five hundred stars! Through my own sleepy gullibility, I was hacked on Facebook on May 7. I could not get back on and the hacker was spamming my friends (a few of whom fell for it). I knew I needed help and saw the solid reviews for hacked.com. I was immensely fortunate to find the splendid Greg Franklin -- friendly, gently polite, expert, and never condescending, although I am sure I couldn't follow his simple directions more than a few times. After two Zoom conferences and many kind thorough emails, Greg got me back on Facebook, intact, protected, and relieved. I recommend the company a thousandfold -- for efficiency, value, and an overall gracious humanity -- and even if you don't end up with Wizard Greg, I am sure you will be rescued. About a month ago, I received the devastating news that my Facebook account had been hacked. My Facebook account was hacked last week. The hacker removed my email and replaced it with theirs. I was shocked to discover that the only way to regain access was to have the access code emailed to the hacker's account! After being stuck in this endless loop for over 10 hours, I realized that Facebook had no human customer support available at all…

I had my Instagram hacked recently. There were Bitcoin sales & spam accounts added under my name, the user also contacting my friends pretending to be me, to hack their account. I had tried all the information from youtube vids, to access it myself & unfortunately the hackers just keep getting smarter, & so I was unable to access it on my own. I contacted Hacked.com, I was in contact with Samburaj Das. He was incredibly resourceful, solution based & efficient. It wasn't a quick fix, as the Hackers were active & did all they could to continuously block us & change login details. But with Samburaj's help, I am now able to access & have control over my account again. I'm so relieved & thankful I contacted them.
