Tech was very courteous and proficient in dealing with the issue for which I call today I am very satisfied with the results.
This group of techs did a wonderful job for us for three years. We renewed our contract with them for another three years.
I like Guruaid, it is easy and convenient to use. It just takes as much time to fix at home as it would to drive somewhere to get it fixed.
