The inexpensive pulse oximeter I purchased did not work well. Readings were highly variable and there was often difficulty in getting readings. I arranged a return the same day I received the item and this was done flawlessly. It may have been a random lemon and it is probably better to spend more and obtain better quality.

Look at pharmacy for one and they where much more expensive looked in amazon and found the same product I saw st the store for less money and they deliver it to the door of my house my order number#**************624 thank you Santa Medical (gurin)

Just purchased this product from Amazon. User is very familiar with taking blood pressure. The results appeared to be very accurate and I was impressed with the meter. The meter is too heavy though to attach it to the cuff because the cuff material is too light and not strong enough. Very pleased with the accuracy and the price.

Purchased a Gurin Water flosser as it can be used with 220V current and Water Pik can't. The first Gurin lasted less than a year and as replaced by Gurin. The replacement lasted 9 months and they are ignoring email requests as well as phone calls as to replacing the replacement. It works well when it is functioning, but it does not last.

I found this product very reasonable in cost and of high quality. Very pleased. I was not sure if I would be able to do this myself but found the operation very easy. Highly recommend the product

Great inexpensive easy to use home blood pressure monitor. Gave me quick readings with a 60 reading memory. I love the product and would highly recommend.

Perfectly adequate device for monitoring blood pressure. Have only used twice, so haven't experienced any long term issues.

Just received my med vive tens unit two days ago. It came super fast, it's tiny and compact, so far I've only used it two times and I felt immediate relief! Received unit quickly. Really happy with the compact size of the Tens unit and carrying pouch. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Have used it twice now with no issues. Not sure how long the electrode pads will last in comparison to other Tens units so for now I'm giving it 4 stars.

Great product. I am currently a nursing student, and one of the first clinical skills is to learn how to take a manual blood pressure. I bought it to practice on my family and friends. The cuff fits well on everyone. It even comes with a sturdy case to carry it in. Good investment.

First discovered this neck Gel cold pack at my therapy appointment. Very soothing relief due to the flexible conformity of the frozen gel pack! Ordered a second one for my friend! I greatly recommend this product.

Overall appears to be a quality product.
I purchased three of them for basement closets during the summer time.
I've been charging them for 17 hours and still not completely dry on the 3. One of the 3 is still pink. Initial charge may take longer than after first use, but we will see.
Will repost after some use for clarification on charging and how well they work.

I bought a replacement after my 10 yr old Sharper Image tens finally died. I looked for one that was similar in controls. Have only used it twice but it operates the same. I gave it a five starts because of the ease of use. Works as expected.

Purchased for my 99 year old Mom who has too much pain when taking her blood pressure with the cuff. Saw this product and purchased one for her. Was the absolute BEST purchase I've made for her. Everyone does not have to go through any more pressure on your arm the old fashioned way.
