This little gadget has been quite handy, especially after having covid and breathing issues, it let me know that my O2 levels in my blood was really good through the whole ordeal. Very very handy product to have on hand!

Ordered my Electronic Pulse Massager from Amazon, like the ability to adjust intensity range and repeat mode. Would give it 5 stars but had to restart input for repeat mode. Massage is relaxing and relieves stress. BBH

I bought the BW-210 blood pressure monitor cuff for my friend because he has high blood pressure and diabetes, as well as other health problems. I've bought another brand and it wasn't accurate enough for the doctor and suggested other brands. After looking through many different ones I settled on this one and am very happy with how easy it is to use and set. Thank you very much.

I received a Santa Medical pulse ox from my Inogen at Home concentrator provider. The device works great and is easy to read. Can`t say that about the instructions that were included. The print was tiny even with my reading glasses. Lanyard was a little hard to get through the holes, but I finally got it. I like the protective case to help keep it clean in my purse.

Was recently on vacation in Grand Canyon when I pulled something in my back. There was no pharmacy available but a friend on the trip with us had packed her Santamedical Tens Unit. I used it for several days and it literally saved our vacation.

I must admit I was a bit skeptical when I saw the size but it works amazing! I have used it for a few days and I must say I already feel an improvement in my pain level. The only thing I would suggest is to make the directions a bit easier to understand and the typing a tad bigger as the eyes are not as sharp as they once were! Looking forward to receiving more electrode pads as this is a new added daily ritual!

Gurin Oximeter is most efficient and useful of the 3 brands I tried over past 8 years. Screen is easier to read; "bye bye" confirms it is off and conserves batteries; readings match my doctors Oximeter. The Gurin is BEST VALUE.
The case/carrier holds 2 spare batteries, and lanyard has quick release... great design!

Just received my pulse oximeter for my husband. He's been hospitalized twice for low oxygen. This gives me piece of mind that I can catch when his oxygen goes low so I can get him treatment right away. Thank you for making it so easy to read. Especially like the case with cord so we can keep it close.

Bought this on Amazon... came in one day. This is absolutely great... everything (except your finger!) is included. Take it out of box put the supplied batteries in and USE it! Just love it. It nice that it does the pulse as well. Easy to read... easy to use... I can't think of any reason for you to not buy this! Love it!

Just purchased the SM-165 finger pulse oximeter for my father who was recently put on oxygen. It lets him keep an eye on his blood oxygen levels which gives him peace of mind. If levels drop, it puts him on alert to keep a closer watch, and let me know.

I have server pain all over my body. Some days in different places the pain is worse but using a heating pad doesn't work. I couldn't wrap it around my wrists or keep it on my knees. Being able to walk to the bathroom and keep them in place is great. I bought 2 boxes so I can alternate from hot to cold or put direct heat in multiple places. They feel so, so good.

Bought my unit on Groupon and couldn't be more pleased. I need fast as well as accurate readings for my personal medical condition and I get both plus it is so easy to use. I compare it with my health care workers pressure cuff and we are always in sync!

I do like the ease to use the blood pressure cuff but, I find not having a way to clip the dial near the area you use the stethoscope I fumble to clip it somewhere. My past ones had a slip of material there it stayed clipped to.

This Device works really, really, good for my neck and back pain. I have been having muscle spasms for a very very long time. I Would order from this company again. Delivered as promised. It came very quickly.

Have used larger units for back in physical therapy. This unit is good for smaller areas such as neck, shoulders, knees. Would recommend model LFM-110 to anyone who would like a at home unit that is easy to use.

This little gadget is able to give me my blood pulse/oxygen levels in 2 seconds. Easy instruction, easy to carry and necessary as I am post afib surgery and need to check this for a few months. Great Product!
