It was fast and easy. And being that this is a bereavement trip, fast and easy is exactly what was needed especially when this is an unexpected trip. Thank you for the easiness of this shopping experience and I look forward to a good staying experience.
Our room was clean, well maintained. The pool was well kept and clean. I liked to continental breakfast there was a good variety: They were so accommodating we originally only booked one night on the very busy long weekend but wanted to stay an extra. We asked and he said to check in the next day. We checked in and he moved some stuff around so we could have a room for the extra night. Highly recommend
I am currently staying at the homewood suites, just for one night. I get here, the guy charges 60$ over price? Gave us the wrong room when we reserved ocean side? And there is a dog across the hall left alone in the room barking non stop. The pull out couch had no sheets, broken lock on bathroom door. Absolutely ridiculously awful service and hotel, do not book here.
**very nasty scam**. This really is what this platform is. They heavilly advertise hotel rooms for a certain price, then they add non-sensical fees (~70% in my case!) **after** the place you have entered your credit card informations and validated the payment. This is *obviously* done to con people, since the resulting final price is way more expensive than booking from the hotel and nobody would see any sense in booking though them just to have the pleasure to pay such absurd fees.

Completely horrible. The photos are what you get when you book a Superior Ocean View room (and pay for it). Check in was long and rather than being helpful were argumentative. If you are not an owner avoid this place as you will be treated like a second class guests. The best part is as you are walking away frustrated to have two of the front desk people laughing at you because they know there is nothing you can do about it.
Set up 3 nights at 875. They changed to 875 a night when I tried to cancel same day they charge 75% fee. Site is one name. Emails come from another. Total thieves. Month later still no part refund. Call the hotel directly and they are oblivious to this company business practices.

Upon arrival we had to wait 1 hour past check in to even get our room we sat in lobby with 4 other families waiting. It just went downhill. Door locks were broken. Air conditioning didn't work. For the price of the room I expected better
I did click this site because they offer the most cheaper rate but this is just their way of robbing their customer because at the end of the transaction i was charge P3814. They have charge me for more than 60% of the original shown price. I will never recommend this site. It's giving us false information showing us cheap rates but you will be fooled at the end. I will never visit this site again. Beware!
When you google the hotel name, the site that appears among the first is infact a hotel site simulation owned by "guest reservation". And you do not realize until the final credit card payment in which an extra charge of 270 euros is applied.The hotel receives the reservation from booking.com therefore there is no trace of guest reservation anywhere, not even on the credt card charge. STAY AWAY

Poor customer service. Treatment of employees to clients is not fare. We paid for additional bed but until now 7:19pm, requests not provided. (Message sent since 3pm). No towels, incomplete toiletries, no complimentary water (delivered but upon request).
The Inn is historically quaint and beautiful. Conveniently located to many restaurants,
Shopping, golf courses, etc. Rooms are adequately sized, clean, beds are comfortable, your choice from the breakfast options are delivered to your room each morning, at your pre-set time. The pool, lakeside, is warm, inviting, and surrounded by the most beautifully kept flowers and shrubs. Chicanes Restaurant and Bar, inside the Inn, has delicious food, drinks, and quick service.
And last but not least, the entire Staff is professional, accommodating and very friendly. Sergio's attention to detail, and helpfulness, did not go unnoticed by our group of 16 lady golfers with Carts and Cocktails this past weekend.
Alyra is always professional, courteous, friendly, and accommodating to our needs, when working with her to set up our golf packages for Sebring.
Bottom line, you can't go wrong staying at Inn On The Lakes!

This company advertises a lower rate than booking directly with the hotel however after you agree to book on their website "fees" are added on that you are not shown until after you pay them. When you immediately realize you've been taken advantage of they have a cancellation fee that amounts to 75% of the original booking. Don't deal with this company.
We stayed in Simi Valley, Ca. Never again. Bureau looked like it was bought at a garage sale. Wall was scarred to almost the wood. The bathroom door and frame needed painted. One little bar of soap. No shampoo. Continental Breakfast consisted of coffee tea hot chocolate, and granola bars. Granola bars, really? Desk help were cordial not really friendly.

This booking site is at best miss leading and has no morals, you need to be very careful as you place dates in for two nights but only gives you a cost for one night, when processing your credit card it takes double and you only know about it on the confirmation email. When talking with customer care there is no care or understanding of the they were happy to cancel and take 3/4 of the money or offer a measly $120 discount. Will never recommend or use this site again and will go out of my way to advise others of this despicable company taking advantage of hard working people.

Our first full day, we resort hopped and saw about seven different resorts and we were more appreciative of our hotel. We loved the luscious greenery everywhere! Our hotel was only two stories and not some tall high rise. The grounds were so spread out with multiple pools accessible. The rooms were a bit small, we didn't spend much time in them, due to the theme parks. Food was a solid B for the price and the fine dining was excellent! Loved the boat rides to disney springs. We would definitely return to this resort! This was our first family trip to Florida Disney Resort and certainly not the last.
Beware of the lack luster staff here. The front lobby, bell hops, and staff at the tables were the worst! Missed our shuttle paid 80$ for a ride, no one cared. Got here and they didn't even have our reservation. I showed them I had online checked in even! Missed a whole day due to their errors- they didn't care!

A duplicate reservation was booked by mistake within 2 min of each other. It was caused by an internet glitch. The customer care team said they were working on getting it resolved but ultimately decided to bill me for two separate room reservations despite only needing one.
Yes, you can get a good price for a nights stay. BUT AT WHAT COST? No breakfast, no cable, spotting WiFi with no internet, non working hair dryers. Disgusting tub/shower, no cups, no wash clothes. Not a useable pool/hot tub. Fitness room closed. Ice machine unplugged full of dirt. No maid service for our 4 day stay. Absolutely horrible pillows. We reserved and pre-paid for 2 rooms on internet from website, so couldn't cancel. Inaccurate web description. Rating does not reflect this property!

Based on the amount of complaints against guest reservations It's just a fact that some companies can have a "F" rating with the BBC and also with Pissed Consumer and still operate freely.
I checked into the Hampton Inn and suites in Alexandria, Virginia on Thursday, January 18. I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that they are going to charge me $75 a day on top of the $589 that I spent for three nights at this hotel. They said the $75 a day is for incidentals. I have no pets, there is no mini bar and nothing in this room is worth stealing. Why are you charging me $75 a day extra? That was $225 that I was not planning on spending on this hotel that I could've used on my trip sightseeing. Nowhere on any of your literature or online does it say you charge a $75 a day incidental fee. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. The only reason I gave it two stars is because it is clean, the staff is very friendly and it's not their fault that the corporation is a bunch of greedy aholes.

Stayed one night. Door would not close unless you slammed it. Obviously a safety concern. We could see into the hallway from inside the door on the left side. Could not believe it. Could hear the guests in the next room through attaching door. So that has not been maintained. Wires exposed on air conditioner on right side. Can you say fire hazard. Hotel used to be nice just now a dirty old place.

There is no way to contact someone to help (by emal or phone).
The charge received in my credit card looks like was made to the hotel considered in my reservation. The hotel is not affiliated at Guest Reservations and they don't know this platform.

Do not use this platform, I made a reservation at a wrong location by error, called this horrible business less than 2 minutes after I made the reservation they refuse to give me a refund, horrible people that lie and steal, I think it ridiculous that this review required me to at least select one star because this business deserves no stars
September stayed 1 night, physically went in asked for 1 room and was billed for 3, disputed the 2 extra room charges and my credit card credited my account, then got charged again for the 2 extra rooms. Will dispute it again. This company will never get my business again and I will be sure to tell anyone who will listen never to use Wyndom hotels/motels
I booked at Holiday Inn Hong Kong Causeway and had to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances however when I booked through booking.com it gave me the option to pay at property however unbeknown to me Holiday Inn swiped my card for the full amount of USD$2,666.81 and will not refund I tried explain that I have opted to pay at property and yet they swiped my card for the full amount. They will not refund my money in full so I am suing Holiday Inn & Booking.com for false advertising on both their parts. To date no one has called to resolve my issue
