Great pricing, all my food came frozen as it should have, support was really nice and quick! The reason I was looking for a reliable site to buy vegan food on was because I've seen all these video's, of animals getting abused, and people having these farms recording there last seconds. It's really sad which is why I want to change myself, going for a healthy and positive route knowing I didn't kill any animals to get there.
They don't respond to communications.
They cancel items off orders without notifying you.
They offer discounts (10% off first order) that can't be processed when you actually place an order.
They don't answer their phones personally.
Something wrong with their mind set, at the level of business fundamentals. The product offerings look good, but the people appear incompetent.
We previously bought from this site, and we loved it! So, we decided to buy again, and I am just shocked on how real the food tastes, amazing variety. Products came great and it was overall an amazing experience. It makes it easier for me and my wife to be vegetarian.
This site is 100% legit, my husband and I have been loving this site! We needed somewhere to get vegan products and we found this. My son has recently also wanted to go on a diet and thank the lord that this website exists to help. Love from San Andreas.
We worked with GTFO It's Vegan for a short period of time and extended over 18 months of kindness in paying their bill, as we are vegans and want to support businesses like this. But enough is enough, and it just can't be tolerated anymore. Don't support a company that doesn't support its staff. There are people doing good work in this industry that deserve your support, but unfortunately we can't recommend this one anymore.
GTFO is AWESOME! I just received my order, and I am stunned! I live in the midwest, where we have had a string of 100+ degree todays (including today), so I was a bit worried about placing my order during this heat wave. However, all the frozen items in the package were still frozen! Incredible! I am just so impressed. And what a great selection! Wow! I will continue recommending them to all my friends!
Alright, so daughter was telling me about this company, and I was in shock with this site, the products, and the options. It's really great! I am a fish lover, and to see the fish that I love all vegan and healthy makes me feel a lot better with life choices.
I am a mom of two, and we recently have became vegan. I was searching for a while for sites to buy vegan food product from and I found this. The shipping was decently quick, the customer support was nice, and i'm glad I bought from here.
My roommate told me about this site, and I am enjoying it a lot. There is a big variety of product, and I got my product on time without any problems. I also see people false reporting reviews, which is entirely a lie because I have got my product, and everything was good. GTFO has made it a lot easier for me to continue to be vegan.
I am utterly shocked on how fast my order came! I wanted to buy some snacks and try out new foods from gtfo, and all went well, and I got order in one day. My kids loved the food and wanted me to buy more of it since they went right through it. I would recommend buying from here.
My wife got us on the vegan kick for health reasons and gift makes it easy for me to make it all happen. I like the bundle boxes because we get to try new things at good prices. I'm so in love the vfc bundle. I think I can live on that alone. The sashimi really surprised me the texture is so perfect, I could cry. I miss fish so much.
Horrible customer service. Refused to ship my order even though I paid $40 for shipping alone. Refunded my order only after four days of me calling and emailing to find out where my order was. I didn't ask for a refund because I needed the items for a birthday. They did whatever they wanted and then just stopped responding. Never answered their phone by the way you have to leave a voicemail and good luck getting anyone to respond. Even when they did respond they were snotty little brats and then just did whatever they wanted no regard for the customer at all. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
I get my groceries in a day. I'm so lazy so this is a god send. Also living in a smaller town in the PWN with out many good vegan options GTFO is a lifesaver. Who needs to visit the store when I can shop from my bed and get it to my door the next day. They even have vegan dog food! Which is great for my elderly dog with joint issues. I could never find this stuff where I live!
I have type one diabetes and it really has been hard for me to stay healthy, eat good, be in shape. Gtfoitsvegan has helped me find alternatives for food that wasn't necessarily healthy. I have been a customer for around 7 months now and it's really changed my life.
I have tried repeatedly to cancel this subscription. You can't email because it says it is an unsafe website. I have called and haven't received a call back. It is frustrating when you can't get a human to call you back to help you. I would never recommend this company and I will do my best to let people know my experience. And imagine that you have to sign up to another site to write a review. Which I am sure will open me up to many spams however, I am committed to having this review available to people.
I placed an order specifically for a certain cheese. Because the delivery charges are so expensive I ordered several other items as well to make the most of the delivery charge. Upon arrival, that cheese and one other were past the sell by date. I asked that they be replaced and they flat out refused, saying it was too expensive for them to ship those 2 items! They offered a refund of those items - the very least they could do - but the only reason I placed the whole order was for that one cheese which I had to throw out. This was clearly their error, yet they refused to correct it by replacing the product like any company would. If you order from this company, check the dates on your products carefully and don't expect them to replace anything even if the fault is entirely theirs.
I spent almost an hour picking out products that I've not been able to find locally since we've moved-but my goodness the shipping was over $45! I understand a cold pack fee of 5.99 but wow how inflated on the rest. I'd rather go without than literally pay as much for shipping as the food I was planning to order.
Please know our shipping fees are NOT inflated. We currently only have one fulfillment center on the West Coast. Given nearly everything we sell is perishable, for anything East of Colorado, we ship these next day air via UPS.
And with Covid, UPS has actually raised all of their rates, so while shipping starts at $36 for next day air (and will increase based on the number of items ordered and the weight of the package) we subsidize this by another $10-25 to make it more affordable to our customers. If you don't believe us, just go on to UPS and price out a next day air package from California.

This site is so convenient for my father and I. He recently switched to a vegan diet and usually has so much trouble finding the right products. Every time he goes to the store, he gets frustrated having to read numerous labels to make sure what he is getting is vegan. It's been really nice to now have a site in our tool belt to refer to, to get the best brands out there and most innovative new vegan items. The shipping is also great! Our orders have shipped out pretty quickly and the boxes come with ice packs to keep refrigerated food cold. Highly recommend!
I was hoping for a far better experience. It took my order 5 days to deliver from the time it was shipped even though I was charged for next day delivery. Everything appears to still be edible, but the frozen items were all defrosted and thus everything needs to be eaten immediately which was obviously not the intended purpose. Some items might still need to be thrown out. I emailed the company and never received a reply. I've since done more research and found most of the items for less money and in most cases free shipping. I will not be a returning customer.

I love watching their recipe videos. The cheese cake apples they made last time got me to pull the trigger and buy some cream cheese from them. Hi Lisa, we are so sorry we were not able to resolve this to your satisfaction. Per our email exchange, only 1 product was expired, which we quickly offered to refund including the proportional amount of shipping. The other product was frozen and the date listed was the pack date, not the expiration date. We attempted to contact you several times via email to confirm this with you, but received no response. You then submitted a claim on PayPal asking for a refund for all the cheeses and shipping... at which point we also contacted you to see how best to resolve this, but you didn't respond to our emails. Once you submit a claim, we are unable to process a refund on our end, so we offered you the refund on PayPal which you rejected. Then PayPal rejected your entire claim and you posted this review. Not that the claim is removed, we have refunded you as promised. Again, had you communicated back with us, we could have resolved this long ago.
