Customer service is horrible. CHat and phone you get nowhere. Email is fondly way to get in touch with a manager. Items under warranty you have to send proof that they are defective and then wait to see if Grow Ace decides to agree with you. Several fittings didn't fit when setting up ebb and flow system, ballast broke after 1 month of use and it has been two months and still haven't received new one. Submersible pump doesn't work and I just purchased from Amazon instead of going through them. Paid a lot of money for complete system and it is not worth the money. Connections don't fit, they leak. Cheap items with no assistance in set up or warranty.
These people spend more time creating and writing positive reviews for themselves than they do providing customer service. If you spend your money with them you are throwing it away. DO NOT order from them. You have been warned. After 2 months of phone calls and emails they sent me a frozen back of use junk. And this is after they refused to provide a refund after multiple requests for a refund. You will never get your money back no matter how bad the problem.
The pricing is fair, the sales are awesome and the product is highly reviewed. Their ebb and flow system is the most affordable quality bucket system on the market and I can't wait to grow giant trees.
Growace lived up to there shipping times with no damage to shipping boxes or products. Couldn't be happier with my first order. Growace has done a fantastic job in all areas. From product selection, pricing, seamless processing and fast shipping! WELL DONE!
So far so good. I'm kinda surprised I haven't gotten anything as to when my order will ship it said 1-3 days it's been that long still no info. Only other problem is I ordered my Kit and the very next day a better deal came out that would have save me more money and GrowAce wouldn't offer anything to compensate the large price difference. Will update after I get more information
I was placing an order for a school district to spend funds for a Farm to School Grant. I wanted to be sure I was purchasing the correct items to set us up for success and needed some assistance. Freddie was super helpful in his suggestions as well as helping to expedite the process with the tax exempt purchase. I am looking forward to receiving our products and begin growing with our students in our school nutrition program. So I ordered the aircube 6 pot system with the intent of expanding it to 36 in the next year. I paid for the larger 105 gallon reservoir. Well the sent me a cheaper brand off their website. When I called about the mistake, I was told they would reach out by email. So more bad customer service. They offered me a $30 store credit if I was willing to keep their mistake. Funny part about this is that the grow ace model retails for $199.00 and the knock off brand retails for $119.00 on their site. Seriously you call that great customer service. So you offer me $30.00 and theirs a price difference of $90.00 your still ahead $60.00 and you want me to live with your mistake! Buyers beware!
This company is a joke do not order from these people. They never sent product. I called tried to cancel they told me I couldn't and hung up on me. Still never received product. I would definitely look somewhere else other than this place. Still never received product
Ordering was simple. The website was ready to navigate and the choices plane and simple. I didn't notice any dimensions, that would be nice to have on the site. More to follow when I receive my equipment.
They say they ship same or next day then you see in fine print 1-2 weeks then when you call you get the run around, they hang up, they are rude, put you on hold, laugh about it.
Don't even think for a second you're getting your order. Call your credit card RIGHT AWAY and do a chargeback against these fools.
Had a problem with controller draining completely contacted growace and Jenifer helped me narrow down the problem turns out one of my floats was slightly turned Jenifer noticed and instructed me how to fix it she was alot of help thanks *******@growace technical support!
Customer service lacks on hand knowledge of the Aircube system and the functionality of the parts in the system. They provide generic answers and ask for videos and pictures. They can't be doing any in-house testing or growing with the systems. They would be aware of the problems. I've had to of the cheap pumps fail within 3 mo the of use and one of then the 2nd week. I pitched the cheap pumps and purchased 4 reliable pumps. The system itself is good and the pumps a TRASH

Dishonest and misleading. Don't waste your time or money.
Order was placed. Email was sent asking for order status after two weeks of silence.
Items said to be in stock, yet still no shipment after 20 days. Doubtful that items were stock. Order was for two small items.
Customer service and satisfaction is clearly not a priority.
Don't buy anything from this outfit. They are horrible. Horrific wait times from customer service, You can never get through. They have taken weeks to ship one item which they have in inventory. One star is being generous!
Its a damn shame I have to give grow ace 1 star. Takes 6 to 8 weeks to complete a order... while they boast 2 to 7 days for items to ship... You will be fed lies, and treated poorly during your wait. At the end of a 6 week wait... your items finally show up... and they're smashed, missing pieces, incomplete, and sometime even totally destroyed. At which point grow ace will take no responsibility and do little to nothing to rectify the situation. Do yourself a favor and go else where, anywhere, this company is fueled by incompetence and ignorance and will leave you severely disappointed. They are a rip off company. You can't call them. They say their business is open to the public but can't use their phone. I guess in the state of California you can have a business open to the public but can't use your phone? I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my items but nothing. They said it would take between 3-10 days to receive my items. I emailed them and didn't receive a response for over a week. Their response was we are out of stock. Why didn't anyone contact me? The reason why is they are a scam company. Don't buy anything from this company. If I could give negative stars I would.
Only sent a partial order but charged for full order of supplies. Contacted company several times via email and phone to no avail. Will not refund or send other items I no longer need. Requested a full refund and was told 15 perc restocking fee and i pay shipping for an issue they created.
