They use door dash for me, frozen food is melted and ruined. The food expires ina day or 2. Lol wth i can't eat all the food in a aday or 2. Rolls eyes. The break eggs. I could go n and on. They think a refund is helping its not. We want the food we order and not old. I mean the bread was moldy the next day. Blueeee. If i knew i could add pics this would be so full. So just smh. If you can get it somewhere else ya should.
It absolutely ticks me off when I get Walmart delivery messages saying they're out of stock then going back online and seeing that they're available 😡 What's the deal?
They shouldn't be encouraging you to sign up for Walmart + to get the benefit of free same-day delivery if they can't actually fulfill that promise. As soon as I signed up and tried it the very first time, my order was delayed two hours, then overnight. The whole time I haven't been able to reach a single person. I actually sent my son up to the store right before they closed with ID and the order number and they said they couldn't release it to him - only a driver, which they had none. When I tried to use their chat it told me there was no agent available, no one answers at the store, and I couldn't reach a real person in the evening on the 800 number. So they just cancel your order, you wasted your time, have no groceries, have to wait to get a refund, or reorder everything again - a huge waste of my time. I could have ordered elsewhere and have the food that I need. If they are going to offer same day free delivery, then they need to make sure they actually have a guaranteed way to get it delivered to you and follow through with providing what they promise. Now I will be attempting also to get my subscription payment back. No point paying for a subscription service and getting the same or worse service than if I didn't sign up and belong to the program.
The last 2 orders I made with Wal-Mart. Each time I have had to call Corporate to find out where is my delivery order. If my delivery time is 2-3pm why are they showing up at 5pm. They should TIP me for waiting on them. The service is getting ridiculous Wal-Mart, I think I'm switching to Krogers. Unacceptable wal-Mart
The Cortez Walmart delivery in Bradenton Florida is the WORST! I paid good money to get my groceries delivered. The people they get to deliver cannot read or speak English which makes it difficult to read the directions to get to your house. They were to deliver my groceries last night and the person delivering could not speak or read English they couldn't find my house so it went back to the store. They sent a second driver! They could not speak or read English and it was sent back to the store again for the second time! This has happened with at least 6 of my orders. Dear Walmart! If they cannot speak or read English they should not be delivering our orders! I have nothing against anyone needing a job but this is VERY POOR customer service. Below you ask for photos or proof of purchase WELL if I had them I would show them! UGG
Beyond words at this point. Every time I make an order, it repeatedly debits the bank account with a hold. Over and over! Sometimes the order debits don't post until 30 days later. Then they bill you individually for items that are part of an order, so you can't even correspond your records to your purchase history in the app! You call the toll free number for help and get routed to Mexico who then put you through to billing which is an American citizen that gives you a perfectly long winded legitimate explanation as to why they're ripping you off. It's a total nightmare. Your stuff doesn't arrive, deliveries constantly delayed, and they sell you rotten vegetables. It's a $#*!ty service. Sadly, you'd save money to just get a Uber and go get it yourself. Take my word for it, it takes a lot to piss me off. I'm pretty simple and easily pleased, so please understand I am not one of those internet people that just like to gripe about stuff. I am sincerely trying to give you an honest perspective. Walmart. We ordered groceries on line at the Walmart Store in the Meadowdale area of North Chesterfield, VA. We selected an hour time period of 4p to 5p for the groceries to be delivered. Then, my wife gets a message that they can't oblige the order to be delivered at the time requested. So, we wait and wait again. Then three hours pasts, so we canceled the order and we are expecting a FULL refund! It is ridiculous that Walmart tries to compete with other stores with their food deliveries. But, Walmart is failing miserably. So much so, they should even cancel delivering groceries. Especially, considering Walmart (the Walton Family), who have hundreds of billions of dollars in just their net worth alone. With that kind of money, the Walton Family never has to depend on grocery deliveries like the rest of us who live on fixed incomes. What a farce!

Walmart has always been a great service provider as it is the best in comparison with its product, quality, price and even for customer service. They also deliver really well and quickly to home.
Became a plus member since my hours/responsibilities at work have picked up tremendously and thought I need to use resources available to help continue getting things done at home……thought I'd start placing grocery shopping orders so I don't drive myself to and anxiety attack. I got a message saying that they were out for delivery and then 5 minutes later we attempted to deliver but were unable to do so... no one ever actually showed up... I'm checking the recordings on my door camera and everything……. NOTHING…. When I investigated they said oh we don't deliver perishable items because it's unsafe to leave at the door... which is bull because my first order was made up entirely of perishable foods and they left them right there on the porch just fine as I have instructed. Said I should just cancel and reorder...ummmm, absolutely not! They did nothing to even show empathy much less even try resolve my issues. This is why I'm reluctant to use tools like online ordering, etc. Never again!
So I had to go to Instacart glad I did it's been 48 hours actually 72 hours since Walmart customer service was supposed to call me back nada there apps say we are having problems please try again later really this is happening on chrome too pc laptop yeah you lost a customer and customer service sucks always thick accent can't speak a lick of English gotta make that paper by outsourcing customer service

Multiple deliveries 2 plus hours late or never delivered at all. Have to jump through hoops to get money back. Not allowed to cancel when paying yearly... just too bad for you if they suck.
Placed order on 12/19 for 12/23 8am delivery. Never came, called multiple times, was told to give it til 8pm but it will be there. At one point they gave me the store phone to call. Gee thanks cause we all know how calling Walmart stores go. I left a msg on grocery pick up for a call back. Never rec'd one
840am 12/24, still no delivery nor Boo from Walmart or the store... It's 12/26 and still have not heard a thing. Called and had them cancel order. 23 items, they canceled 19 items. Hahahaha they couldn't even do that right. 3 items left that are 'delayed' Waiting to see how long it takes to come up cancelled. What a debacle. Will Walmart be the future Sears or any other extinct giants? Guess I better hurry and sell my stocks
Walmart, if you're reading I'm so disappointed. Not possible to give no stars or I would. The new and "improved" Walmart website is anything but. Poorly designed, constant requests to verify I'm not a robot, and resetting to change options (like tips) that you have already chosen. Walmart has had a constant problem with pricing being different (more expensive) and "out of stock" between physical store and online. I've gone to the chosen store shortly after ordering to find abundant supply of goods that were out of stock or prices for items such as milk being cheaper at the store. I've brought it to store's people's attention to no avail. The old site was bad but at least the relevance filters worked. Sick to death of having to go through choosing options only to have the page hiccup and reset everything. One would have thought that one of the biggest retailers in the world could do a much better job AND actually appear like they care about our concerns. The web designers should be encouraged to find different employment consistent with their skill sets. I suggest shelf stocking!
Idiot driver took items to totally wrong address. Manager could only offer refund. Not a delivery the next day. No extra compensation. Manager and driver should be fired. Will never use again.
After making an order that was delayed by a day I was told the order would arrive between 6pm and 7pm. Come to find out at 6:40pm that not only has the delivery not been processed but they had no drivers to complete these deliveries, thus the order was delayed. Next time estimate was 11:55pm which was already extremely late, and after all the wait at 12:19am I call the assigned driver only for them to tell me the order was canceled because I was not answering to a phone number that was not even mine! I'm left without groceries, waiting on a refund from a system that takes days which means that I will have to go hungry for at least two weeks.
After all of that, customer service told me to reorder and that once I reordered I would receive a vouched for 10% off the order after the reorder.
I have used this service x4 now, and stopped. Every single time, items are missing, they say are not in store. Not true! They are…. Just timed or too lazy to include them. YET THEY CHARGE ADDITIONAL FEES AND DO NOT REIMBURSE as in express service…esp if half of them missing! Ridiculous.
Changing the store I ordered from in the choices for my zip code…. Made a TREMENDOUS difference! Things are so much better, excellent delivery now…. Try that and see if it works for you…and even more funny, doing pickup after they shop for me, at this new store I changed to, EVERY item is in the order…. Seems certain stores just do not have good employees…
Placed order for express delivery at 951am for 1152am delivery. Never arrived. Chatted with customer service at 1p. Oh it on its way they say. They sent email where delivery charge was refunded but the order was not. So I assumed it was still coming. 6pm rolls up and still nothing. Chatted again to just cancel as an 8 hour wait was ridiculous. So got the email confirmation of the cancelation with excuses ranging from operational issues to staffing to supply lines... this will teach me to get off my butt and go get myself. Broken wrist and all. Customer service is insulting wih the condescending chatter.
Home delivery service of groceries & HH goods is abysmal. Many times it gets delivered to the wrong address (no idea where). I just paid another year's delivery fee, and I am regretting it. Twice I have placed a full order (Over $50.00 worth) of groceries, only to have a driver show up at my door with ONE OR TWO items, and apologizing as they don't know what happened. I am a cripple and I CAN'T come to the store for groceries. PROBLEM IS LONG-TERM AND CHRONIC. MORE THAN 3 YEARS. It keeps happening, no matter what I've tried. I also see here,
