Easy And efficient. The card is a beautiful keepsake for our grand daughters induction into National Honor Society. However I paid $20 forfeit delivery and that was acceptable. But the card was NOT packaged well. Only came in a padded envelope and was bent. I suggest you use more durable packaging.
