Service and attention beyond the standards of other companies
The whole experience was quick and easy, added options were clearly explained. Staff was all helpful and polite. Car was clean and ran well. The only problem I had was figuring out where to get the shuttle from airport in Orlando to rental site. I rented thru Hopper and they didn't give clear instructions. In fact when I called them they said I had to get there on my own. Once I found the number for Green Motion they explained exactly where to go and voila, a van was there within 5 minutes

Picking up the car at Vilnuis airport was very quick, friendly and efficient staff, even gave a car upgrade. Car cleaning came at an extra cost (we decided not to clean it ourselves in the morning of departure), but price was good even with that included. Drop-off was even smoother. Good quality car. Will definitely recommend GreenMotion.

I was leary about the car rental being offsite of the airport. However, the shuttle stop is easy to find and runs 24 hours a day. It was only a ten minute ride and the wait for counter help was under ten minutes. I filled out the information in advance and my contract was ready. The clerk at the desk was very polite and explained the rental charges very thoroughly. The shuttle drivers are very courteous and helpful.

I rented a car in Montenegro.All staff was helpful and price was excellent. Just a little tip, make insurance with greenmotion, so don't pay for an accident otherwise you pay and get from your insurance which is horrible.I recommend greenmotion everyone.

Booking was easy and the deal seems to be good. I'm a bit annoyed because it doesn't find my booking when I search for my name and booking-reference on the website, and even though it said the pick-up / drop-off place is at the airport, one actually still needs to take a shuttle. This should have been clearer.
