Pretty good. Shipping price seems steep though I was happy with the quick shipping and delivery. The mats were easy to put together. I would have liked a lighter colour as black makes my garage look darker but they came in only one colour. I will send a picture when it is all done.
I sent an email request for help through your "offline" chat system last friday and never received a call/email of any kind. Your web ordering system is cumbersome and prevents you from making money. It blocks the transactions and then once the errors are fixed, the website gets stuck in a loop. It's annoying.
I always get very nervous ordering on line. It looks like this is a go!My granddaughter got the greatmats today and called and sent a picture. I would assume the greatcoat will be going to college with her in January.

I've ordered from Greatmats before. Like their product. Delivery has been very timely in the past. Easy to order online. Just installed my latest order. Great product for a finished basement. I prefer these tiles over carpet in case I get any water in the basement. Can pull them up, let things dry, and put them back in place.
I purchased the mat tiles and they are perfect for my home gym. They connected very nicely with near invisible seem appearance. Shipping was ultra-fast too. Ordered on a Sunday and received on Thursday.
This is round #2 for me. They didn't fit with my old mats (ordered elsewhere) so I'm ordering enough for the rest of the floor. These mats are very durable and will stand up to all of the abuse I can throw at them in my home gym!

The 1.5" Home Puzzle mats are on the firm side - but not bad when you need to dig your elbow or knee directly in. Deals with sweat well.

We train MMA in a little house we converted to a gym. We ordered these mats as flooring for our bag room. It is exactly what we were looking for: firm but soft, decent traction, holds together nicely and looks great. We also have a different type of mat ordered from greatmats in our "cage". We have been using the cage for 2 years for full contact sparring and grappling. It is still in excellent condition. We look forward to the same performance with these in the bag room.
So far, It looks exactly like what I'm after for pool deck coverage. Easy selection process for a specific product. I installed several pieces after receiving it to test how well it installed. Hooking together was not as easy as I thought. However, that also means it won't easily come back apart once completely installed across my pool deck. Does look like a good & sturdy product once viewed & handled the actual item. Shipping date & time worked out well. Thanks.

I was nervous ordering bats online, but the product met the description. I bought the roll up martial arts mats. They are excellent quality. Using them in our basement so our boys have a safe place to practice and roll around and wrestle. They love it. I am very pleased with my order.
Web site had loads of info (which I didn't need, but would be good for those who don't have a clue). Appreciated the product reviews. Had some sort of glitch that caused my order to be delayed by a week; after I called to see what was up the order was processed & delivered quickly. One of the main reasons I bought the item that I did was because the item I purchased said delivery in 3 days-- obviously with the glitch it was longer than the promised 3 days. I worked around the delay issue, but if you need your product when you expect it- have a plan B just in-case.
Great prices. Easy ordering process. Also a great product. We are currently trying to find a way for the portable dance floor tiles to not give so much with the carpet. This makes if difficult for her to do her pointe work. Probably placing some plywood underneath will help.

Clear information provided to make a good comparison of product availability. Product arrived earlier then expected, packaged well, and even though I have only used them once so far, they performed better then I thought they would.
It's ok. Would not use site again unless I cannot find things on another site. The checkout process was PAINFUL, due to field requirements. I had to re-enter twice and then re-type the special order requirements both times due to them being wiped out each time. Shipping was ok, but having to call the shipping company to take care of what the company should have done was a pain, and the expectation that I would personally be on-hand for a delivery to a large company was absurd. Fortunately, our company handles things better than greatmats.
To be honest, we were somewhat disappointed in this platform kit. We had a difficult time assembling it because the black edge pieces did not always fit into the slots. I wound up turning the whole thing upside down and used a hammer to force the pieces in, but in some cases they are still not fitting well or staying in.
Finding the product I want was easy but the "quantity calculation by room dimensions" seemed to add more tiles than I needed so I just used my own calculation. Customer service during non-business hours would be helpful.
I received the tiles and they are even better than I'd hoped. Installation was EASY and quick with no problems whatsoever. We had to cut a few of the tiles to fit by using a box cutter. They look great and feel wonderful.
