Easy to order, shipped quickly. A little more cutting to put down than anticipated because the room was not square...I started in the center and worked out, so I had to cut along all wall edges. Looks nice, and feels nice underfoot. Would order again.

Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt, item as described. We have a 900 sq foot finished apartment in basement that received some water damage & some of old carpet has been removed. Have put mats in small storage area & are trying to decide whether or not this 70 plus year old is up to putting mats in entire basement. Think this is a great product!

I followed up with Great Mats several weeks after placing the order as there was no communication or shipping date planned. I believe the manufacturer quickly completed my order after that call - the jagged edges on both small mats could have been more carefully guided with the cutting tool. The mats have a nice anti-fatigue strip glued on the back to cushion the feet while standing at the sink.

The order was perfect and price is good, the mats are great!

Only problem was the delivery company. They shipped 36 mats weighting 100 lb each without proper tools or equipment to remove them from the truck. I had to drag each mat one by one into my building, it took 2 hours to move 3600 lb! ( Luckily my hobby is weight lifting)...

I made several contacts by phone (left messages) and by email to try to obtain samples as advertised. I even left a message stating exactly what samples I wanted with the address but no response. I was never able to talk with anyone or get samples. This occurred over a period of two months. Finally just ordered and hoped for the best. Terrible customer service.

Had some initial questions on inventory, Joanne was at the ready when I called and helped make sure order was complete and not duplicated.

Haven't installed product yet but it looks good and I expect that it will work well.

Frustrated with the log-in and purchasing process. However the item shipped very quickly. It hasn't been installed yet (almost 600 sq. Ft.) but it is exactly as I expected and I am assuming it will be a great finished installation.

So far the shopping has been easy - hope delivery is just as easy and fast! Received mats Friday and installed them on Saturday...definitely an upgrade from my old flooring and home gym is now rocking!

Easy order process, we used the mats for a pad underneath a bounce house we have in the basement on the cement floor until weather permits outside playing again. My daughter assembled it. Works great!

Order process well presented, easy to use web interface. Product is a good, solid strong rubber mat for fitness equipment.

As a note, this black mat shows dirt very well. My application is for use in a residential garage, and the clean black mat quickly had shoe prints everywhere. This might be better used indoors.

Overall, great service, and quality of tiles were spot on. We received more interlocking tiles than needed for our deck. However, those extra tiles were used elsewhere. Definitely recommend greatmats!

Wish I had a military or senior citizen discount. Retired USAF Master Sergeant, 68 years old in June. But I'm not too overly concerned as the product was well priced. Still waiting for the rain to stop so I can finish installation.

I've ordered from your site before. Easy to navigate - and you get a new order! These mats are a lifesaver - or a leg saver. I'm an artist, on my feet all day painting and sculpting. Before the mats I would end the day in pain. The mats are cushion-y, well made, easy to assemble and the color I chose matches the beautiful stained concrete in my studio. So they look nice too!

Simple website, easy ordering, free shipping and the lowest pricing. Easy to cut, the 4' x 10' rubber roll was a perfect addition to my cargo van floor, adding protection. The surface texture of the rubber has a pourous bite, a traction that helps prevents heavy boxes, even light metal items like levels or rulers from sliding around, a definite plus! I see other potential uses and will order again from greatmats.com
