I have purchased a pocket watch recently from Gray and Sons Jewelers online, I email them to ask of more detail, they replied back to me right away, gave me full detail information about the watch. I purchase the watch from them, and it was delivered it to me in 3 Days. The gentleman that helped me, his name is Rich, he was very professional and kind. The watch was packaged with a special touch and lots of care!

Upon retiring I bought a watch. God had already provided me a parachute by placing me in a job I should never have worked at. Come to think of it, it was that job that provided purchase of the watch here mentioned. I am building a photography / videography / recording studio to help at risk kids. Meaning I do not wear my watch everyday. When I first received it, I placed it away for safe keeping. When I did use it for the first time, I knew nothing about unlocking the crown or day or date change. Well I call and the lady that sold me the watch and she was wonderful. Per phone I learned to do so. Again I placed it down for a few days and when I went to use it, the date would not change. I mailed it back, and it returned on time right date. I laid it down and again no date change. I did some research and found what to do by other watch repairmen and got instructions and also learned that indeed, I had purchased from a very reputable firm. So, today I call her again. She put her watch expert on speaker. He told me some things the other repairmen had not. Simple things like winding date by turning left not right. I did as instructed and I must own up to it, the watch was always in mint condition. I am very pleased and appreciate this company. By the way, I also bought a watch for my loving wife. True story. A very long-time customer - the best customer service and best repair service. We own many nice watch brands that at one point I thought who wants these things. When you send them to the brand serving departments, it is so expensive you think whoa, do I really want this watch anymore. I am so, happy I found them a long ago - what surprises me more is that their customer service has never changed. Thank you

Bought an A Lange and Sohen Lagmatic second hand from them for 42k. From day one the day date indicators mismatched the days. The day indicator got stock in between dates, and a week later the seconds handle fell off. They told me this watch passed there master inspection which was bull. All these problems right out of the box. I'm sending it directly to A Lange for repairs as I don't trust Grey and sons.

Even $20 vermeil watches fare better than the trade-in I received, not the original online watch I selected in a triangular horizontal face. My trade included a Cartier pen, both trade-ins from another customer. Aside from no paperwork & excessive appraisals, in my opinion, I was taken advantage of. G&S got an 18K Santos for a cheap alleged Cartier wrist watch, pen & minor cash. At 67 then, I believed I could trust this company. Don't learn this lessen at 67, or 70!

I purchased 3 new watches from Gray and Sons. WOW was I excited to get them today. BETTER THAN DESCRIBED. Viktoria was amazing. So helpful. The boxes and papers were all as described and Viktoria was so good to work with. Everything was perfect. I anticipate I will purchase many more watches. They were very patient with me and allowed me to think about it over the weekend. Great people, GREAT PRICES, WONDERFUL HELP. Thank you for everything. They get new things every day.
